Two stars for delicious dough, from the bad: huge queues, staff refuse to order because they are loaded, you stand and wait with understanding, as a result they accept people who came and asked for advice, as a result they make an order🤝🏻
There is always a long wait, even when 4 people, like today, everyone is busy with their own business: who drinks money, who pretends to do something, one bubble goes around, but in the end it's still a long time. Give employees an incentive to work for pleasure, and if, in your opinion, they have favorable conditions, then give them a hat))
I worked in a restaurant, and God forbid you behave like that there — you will get not only a hat.
But on the human side, I wanted to give people good emotions, but here.. They want people to leave faster🤷🏼♀️

Far from the most delicious bubbles, although the queue was long for them (probably because of the price, XL size 10 rubles).
They took it with mango and strawberries. Strawberries tasted like raisins or dried fruit compote. And it was very sweet, too much.
The mango is better, but the taste was still significantly different from the real mango.
In general, it's OK for once, but it's unlikely to be more.

A wonderful place) we were on vacation in Minsk, discovered this institution and specially came here every day until the end of the vacation) I really liked it, we hope to see it in other countries. Everything is great. This place is one of my favorites, there is a friendly staff who always politely accepts orders and fairly fast service. Tea and cocktails are also very tasty, besides cheaper than in other places, the staff will help with the choice without any problems. Really unusual taste, but it's worth it)

It's obviously not my thing) we ordered this miracle tea with the children (they've seen enough of it somewhere that it's mega tasty and cool). At first I thought that maybe it's just not my thing, I don't understand. But when the children tried and said they couldn't drink it and threw it away, I realized that their expectations were not fulfilled either. For an amateur and an understanding consumer.

Вместо того, чтобы заниматься заказом сотрудники разговаривают. Перепутывают заказы. На мой вопрос «забыли ли про мой заказ», сотрудник говорит « ой, а мне не передали». Наладьте коммуникацию между сотрудниками, пожалуйста.
Хотелось ещё добавить, что со мной не поздоровалась сотрудница и работа с продуктами подразумевает под собой собранные волосы
