This place is a classic case of "Instagram vs. Reality." The location is pretty inconvenient, and the entry area isn't great. They have just one big hall, so if you're planning an event with under 30 people, you might want to look elsewhere.
The place itself is beautiful, you can't say anything, but the administration leaves much to be desired from the very first day. The day before we were going to book a place, we called and agreed that we would arrive at lunch. The next day we arrived on time, we were shown the territory, but were told that a certain man (probably the owner), who was in the city and was supposed to arrive in 20-30 minutes, had to come to book. We sat and waited in one of the gazebos on the territory for more than an hour, but as it turned out, he had already arrived, and they thought that we had left, although we were at the place where we were put all the time and did not leave there.
When they finally went to the administration to determine the date, they agreed on everything, asked about the presenter and DJ. They promised to send us options so that we could choose. We agreed, and at their request, we made an advance payment in the amount of 100,000 drams, after which we left. Probably a month later, when they still hadn't sent us any options, I wrote myself that it was time to decide on the host, since we still hadn't received any offers. In response, I was informed that we had already allegedly agreed to their options, and they had chosen everything themselves. Moreover, my clarifying questions were answered very rudely, which surprised and disappointed me extremely. I even have chat screenshots where it is visible. I closed my eyes to that too.
A month before the booked date, we had to cancel the event for family reasons and warned them in advance. However, the prepayment was not returned to us, even partially. I understand that prepayment is intended for such cases, but when they warn a month in advance, and especially since the event was supposed to take place on a weekday (Thursday), which means they would not have lost other customers because of us, it would be possible to approach the situation humanely and offer other solutions For example, use this prepayment for the next event or offer something similar.
Despite the fact that I liked the territory of the restaurant, I personally will not return there anymore and I will not advise anyone of my friends.
