And from that moment on, all my travels are only through her. I have flown to Egypt, Turkey, Thailand and Europe many times, all always at favorable prices and taking into account all my wishes. Bus trips are a separate category of travel, there was St. Petersburg, Moscow and even the Sea of Azov, by the way, this year. Yes, it's a long way to go, we were 2 adults and 2 children for almost 30 hours, to be honest, I expected the worst. But everything went well!!!! They were taken almost from home (Borisov) there were no problems on the way, sanitary stops, food stops and on demand were without questions. The eldest of the bus, a great girl (Nastya) is friendly and responsive for all occasions. They were brought to the place and even helped with the luggage and were also taken away at the specified time and delivered home. I trust only Lovetravel and Larisa personally with all my travels. I hope that more than once she will arrange a wonderful vacation for me!!))))

NEVER use the services of this travel agency. The desire to save money and grab more is above the comfort, health and even the life of tourists. The trip to St. Petersburg and Karelia was overshadowed from the very beginning by the appearance of the BUS. This is a loud name for a collapsing trough with rust smeared with black paint on the doors and, as it turned out later, a rotten roof, from which it poured like buckets during the rain in Karelia. Therefore, a poorly functioning air conditioner (at night some tourists had to wrap their heads in blankets, the drivers could not adjust the flow of cold frosty air), one TV is working, the second is not, no one even tried to set the wrong electronic clock correctly, a poorly working gearbox (the bus was constantly agonizing!, and all passengers were twitching and it was thrown in different directions) - it's just a little thing!!! on the way from Karelia, the trough still broke. The water must have killed some kind of mechanism. all tourists began to be put on buses passing by to St. Petersburg. They will take you to St. Petersburg - and then themselves))))) as you want - by minibuses, on foot, taxis, etc. We got there-we didn't get there, everything is not everything - no one is interested. The rescue of drowning people is the work of drowning people themselves. Water-damaged things left in the bus cabin, lunch in some kind of flophouse for 700 rubles!!!(where they feed for free) - this is also a small thing. Now THE ORGANIZERS, THE GUIDES! Why do we need an organizer? Right! The main task is to organize and warn. to help, to provide, and so on. Help tourists feel comfortable!!! It should be a mobile, quick-thinking, tactful, restrained person who knows how to anticipate what might go wrong. to warn tourists in advance. what can be expected or avoided, he thinks for EVERYONE. A disgruntled, hard-moving woman who says one thing, and then it turns out that everything is not going according to plan. The first suspicion crept in when she began to praise the bus - the best bus, it turns out, was allocated to us. It's scary to think what other buses are in the Borisov fleet then.!!!!! We were lucky enough to find out this, too, because we were already returning on another, another "best" bus with broken seats, To list what she said and what didn't "come true." I'd rather not. That's enough for one more review. The guide in St. Petersburg decided not to strain at all. He will say a couple of sentences - and you go ..... look . You get off the bus to watch, and there other guides tell "their tourists" everything in detail, show them. And I would have listened, but we don't have time. we have 5-10 minutes))))) But if you want her to conduct an additional tour for you in the Hermitage, chip in 500 rubles for her))) I do not remember the surnames of these wonderful women, but the names are: organizer Lyudmila (an elderly, obese woman, everything is hard for her), a tour guide in St. Petersburg Olga (I will not give characteristics, otherwise they will say that I do not like a certain nation)I think those are a little lucky. who decided to abandon the trip to KARELIA ACCORDING to the PROGRAM and stayed to wander around St. Petersburg on their own, Thanks can be said to the drivers who arrived for us, who flew from Borisov not in 14 hours, but in 11. And BROUGHT US to BORISOV also in 11 hours along the highway, and not along country roads (as we went to St. Petersburg) But the bus, which was kindly provided to us by the residents of St. Petersburg for a trip to Kronstadt and Peterhof, was really comfortable. It's not a pity to pay for such a one. The hostess of love travel would like to wish the same "wonderful" trips as us. And if she thinks that this trip was comfortable for us, then let all her trips be the same. At least, she is obliged to return half of the money taken from us (well, if you are honest!), well, soaked things in dried, cleaned. ironed out. I hope Larisa still has a conscience. But for everyone who wants to travel by bus, I advise you to contact Minsk travel agencies. At least they don't save money on buses there.
