2 months ago, my hair was ruined in this salon. After being invited to the salon to discuss the problem, I spent a free evening to hear from the master that it was my own fault, as I was warned that "hair may become drier at the ends where it was previously dyed" (literally). As a result, the hair layer was reduced to the state of rigid springs and knots on the hair and could not be laid, because it was simply absolutely killed.
Initially, when addressing the issue of coloring, both in correspondence and in conversation, I repeatedly emphasized that gentle coloring is essential without severe loss of hair quality.
Later, I was contacted via instagram and offered a recovery procedure to smooth out the situation and promised to contact me as soon as it appeared.
As a result, I had to cut my hair as much as possible and restore it with a specialized master.
No one in their right mind would agree to do coloring if they were warned in advance that a possible result would be a washcloth on their head (rather than slightly drier hair).

It is always a pleasure to be there, to communicate, to ask for advice and help if needed. Girls treat the client with understanding and respect, which they have for themselves)
