So, I would like to share my story, in which the clinic played such a big role. My dog felt unwell for several days, and during the initial visit we were diagnosed with IMHA, a terrible, dangerous disease in which the immune system kills red blood cells. On the second day, her red blood cell count dropped to almost zero, and in that state, she would most likely have died within a few hours. In such a situation, a blood transfusion is necessary, and we are incredibly lucky that the clinic was able to find a donor extremely quickly. It was almost a miracle, at that moment I was already in a state in which it was of great value to me that the clinic could perform euthanasia. However, the transfusion helped, and for the next few weeks we went to the clinic every day for blood tests and therapy. After 3 weeks, our baby has almost recovered, but she will need immunosuppression treatment for the rest of her life.
What we have received at LoaylVet goes FAR beyond the excellent service of the veterinary clinic. Absolutely all the staff are People with a capital letter. People who speak English and create an atmosphere that is not scary to return to. People with whom you want to speak in a foreign language, even if you are an introvert. Before this story, it was much harder for me to turn to public services where I need to speak English, so we can say that the clinic has changed a part of me.
I just don't know what else to add. The score is infinity out of 5
The doctors from this clinic saved our puppies from death!
In February, we adopted two puppies from the shelter. At first, we just came with them for an examination and the first vaccine. We got a discount for the fact that the puppies are from the shelter. The doctors were very empathetic, admired the puppies, scratched their bellies, and even cut their claws for free.
After a while, one of the puppies was diagnosed with parvovirus. It didn't get to blood in his stool or vomiting, but he looked so bad that we were already desperate. The doctors reacted very quickly: they put on an IV, placed us in a day hospital, and were constantly in touch with us. The second puppy was diagnosed with coronavirus a little later, and then the doctors also selected the treatment. Every time we were given clear instructions on what to do, we were given special food, probiotics (some of which were not even included in the receipt), and they answered all our questions several times in person and over the phone. And we even went out on a non-working Sunday to make the necessary IV for one of the puppies.
The puppies recovered quite quickly, there were no serious impairments or complications, so I conclude that the doctors knew exactly what to do. Now the puppies are completely healthy thanks to the wonderful doctors from Loyal Vet, and we continue to go there for the next vaccinations.
All doctors speak English well, you can pay with a card (but cash is preferable). It seemed to me that all the employees are very fond of animals and their work. They recognize regular customers, call pets by their first names, always scratch everyone's ears (not people))) and sometimes they even treat you to something.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all pet owners in Belgrade!
A very good veterinary clinic with wonderful doctors: attentive, kind, in a good mood, ready to help and really loving their work!
It's not often you see such a sincere love for animals, besides, doctors are in touch by phone outside of working hours, I'm pleasantly surprised!
Nikola and Pejo are real professionals ♥️
And the working hours are pleasant: from 10 am to 10 pm on weekdays, from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, Sunday is a day off!
