We had a rest in early September. The guest house is located very well: the sea is across the street, the sights of old Gagra are not far away and the water park is also nearby. The room was normal, with new furniture. The room has hot/cold water, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, towels squeezed out. There are dryers in the yard. I would like to mention the kitchen staff separately. Wonderful women who cook perfectly.

- it seems to be renovated, but the curtains with gray streaks, as if they hadn't been washed for a year; the bed is gray-everything is incomprehensible in dark hair, although the towels are white. The winter blanket was in the closet, but when you open the closet, it stinks, we decided to leave things in backpacks. The beds were not covered with a blanket, they were just lying in the closet, hence it seems that the bedding was not changed.
- san node-the mats are green, but they are brown from dirt, it is clear that they are wet and do not dry, humidity, but then it is better not to put them down at all and when we threw them out because they stank of damp mold, only then did we realize that the toilet was leaking. There are 4 people per room for 5 days with 1 toilet paper. And there are no disposable hygiene products at all. The lid of the trash can in urine or feces is not clear. In general, when we left, we bought bleach and washed everything that we didn't like.
- they said the room has everything, but what? There is no kettle, no hair dryer, no detergents, no dishes.
- to top it off, you got sick with rotovirus on the 2nd day, did you just wipe the tables? only in the morning, but not after each visitor. The railing to the dining room was also never wiped with bleach, although we knew that we were not the only ones burping.
There are no photos, it's a pity and they couldn't move out there were a lot of us, they couldn't find so many rooms in one place.

We have been vacationing since August 21 + near the sea across the street, good cuisine, I do not recommend salads with mayonnaise. The rooms are normal, two large towels, no small ones. There is no air freshener, they said it was not allowed, there is no hair dryer, there is no kettle... On request, they will give, you can wash for 300 rubles ... The hostess is good, she allowed us to stay in the room until 19.00 departure was 20.00 .. It was very difficult for us to enter our position under the sun... I recommend.

After checking into this hotel, they decided that they were not ready to live in these conditions for 9 days, they immediately warned the owners, asked them to consider the possibility of refunding money for accommodation, led them by the nose for several days, as a result, they did not return anything. Of the advantages: close to the sea, its own Parking inside the hotel, there is a dining room (the food is certainly not great, but the portions are large, there is always nothing on the menu, the waitress is rude, works without desire at all). I didn't like it: the room is dirty, the carpet is smelly, with hair, sand and terrible stains. Plumbing flows in all directions, it is difficult to set up, the smell of sewage is unbearable, besides, it is also drained periodically under the window, who exactly is not clear, perhaps a neighboring hotel. The furniture is old, it's scary to sit on the bed, the mattress bends, you fall in places... Soviet-era TV, they didn't even try to turn it on. I didn't really like the location either, except for the proximity of the sea. It is far from the old Gagra, it is also decent to stomp to the new one. I'm definitely not going back there and I won't advise anyone.

An excellent hotel with a good location.We had a rest in July 2023. We checked into a newly renovated room on the ground floor. Everything was fine, a good bed, a new mattress. The bathroom-everything worked. The dining room is very decent. There are two halls - indoors and separate tables on the terrace. The food is normal. We tried it in other nearby cafes where prices are higher. It's no better. They have alcohol in their dining room, all at reasonable prices. The beach is nearby. Sun beds are not expensive. In principle, we liked everything. They have rooms with old repairs. You can specify this when booking. There are new suites with sea views, very nice. The owners are adequate, contact, and meet us halfway. I recommend a hotel. We are planning to go again this year.

The mats in the bathroom and the room are far from the first freshness, you know, they can and should be washed. Next is a room for two, a large 2-bed, the mattress is normal, in terms of stiffness, the pillows are normal, I didn't even look at what condition they were in, but the warm blanket, since it was cold, was in a terrible state, solid stains. The bed linen seems to be clean, but where the hole where the blanket is inserted is completely torn and this hole covers the entire bottom of the duvet cover. The TV is powered by WiFi, but the signal is so weak that they could not turn it on. We rested there in the middle of August, a family of 5 people, including a child, rested there. I liked everything, the hosts are hospitable, the location is convenient, everything is nearby. There is a dining room in which they often had lunch and dinner, the food was delicious, sometimes they had to wait, but they cooked everything at home. We lived on the ground floor in a two-room room, everything is available for housing (we didn't spend much time in the room, walked, swam, rode on excursions). TV, air conditioning (one for two rooms, but it was enough), wardrobe, refrigerator. The only drawback is the single beds (there were two in one room and a double in the other), the mattresses were terrible, the springs rested on the whole body. But otherwise we liked it and by the way, the price is much cheaper than in many other guest houses, with the same conditions and not such a convenient location.

I went to Loza for the first time 5 years ago. I was pleasantly impressed by the owners of this guest house, Zanna and Robertino.They are polite, always ready to help, good calm people.The staff in the kitchen is just lovely, the wonderful cook Nara, Oksana and Susana are lovely sisters.I fell in love with all these people, I like to come to them.I feel like I'm there with relatives who are waiting for your arrival.The sea is nearby, the city is beautiful.I can never get enough of the views of the mountains and the sea.This year I will go again, I will be happy to rest with my dear ones.The rooms are clean, the bed is all new.The most important thing is the toilet and shower in the room, not on the floor.The territory is always clean.The WiFi is working.What else is needed?

The only plus is the location! And the price is adequate for the center of Gagra.
Among the disadvantages - the rooms smell damp, many things are broken, there are no detergents. There is a road and a cafe with loud music nearby - if silence is important to someone, you are not here.
There is no kettle - boiling water was provided without much cordiality... It should have been returned immediately.
Probably if you ate with them, you would be more supportive... And since we ate in other establishments, our requests were not welcome.
At night, a dog is released into the courtyard - if you went for a walk at night at the sea or in a cafe, getting into the room is a problem....

1. Shabby room stock. We probably got the worst one. Dirty carpet, zero sound insulation, a very loud refrigerator, a flowing pipe in the toilet and the smell of dampness.
2. I was very unpleasantly surprised that the room was not cleaned at all for our arrival. However, they responded adequately to the request to vacuum, and thank you for that.

Last year we were in Abkhazia for the first time, and only thanks to the Vine we are going there again)) Last year we left with tears in our eyes. Robik and Zana, wonderful hosts! The guest house itself is beautiful, the rooms have everything, as well as excellent staff, delicious cuisine, the sea, shops, cafes - everything is within walking distance, and the prices are just a fairy tale. I advise everyone to visit Loza, and you will not want to leave there)) in the photo there is a view from the street, a parking view from the balcony, a 2-bed room with a balcony (3rd floor), as well as a view from the balcony (behind the cypresses of the sea).

We rested with a friend at the Loza hotel, we were very dissatisfied, 3 meals a day were included in our vouchers: we were fed eggs every morning in the same preparation (fried eggs), for lunch the same soup, unleavened rice, overcooked pasta, tasteless buckwheat, diluted compote, the cheapest and not tasty tea bags, no national dishes, half of the semi-finished products. The room service is terrible. We stayed there for 9 days and we never had a room cleaning, we would like to clean up ourselves, but there was no floor cloth, no broom, no dustpan, no detergents, we barely asked for a floor cloth, there is no kettle in the room, no hair dryer! First we went to the room and they didn't even do the cleaning after the previous tenants! In the rooms, the furniture is falling apart, the linoleum is worn on the floor and in some places in holes, we addressed our claims to the owner, he expressed dissatisfaction, but still they overpowered us to another room and then after contacting the travel agency where they took their vouchers, in another room all the same problems. There is no ventilation in the rooms, it stank of sewage. Accommodation and meals were very disappointing and it really spoiled the mood ((( we were distracted from this when we went on an excursion, saw beautiful nature and had to return to this place again!I even wanted to leave ahead of time

When we checked into the room, only the bed linen was changed, everything else was dirty, the tiles were streaked and some brown spots like traces of g ... sorry, the tile seams were rusty like all metal shelves, sand and hairs from previous tenants on the floor...sometimes it seemed that a few more tourists would stay in the room and it would be easier to burn everything than to wash it. We had a rest with three families at the end of August 2022. The hotel has terrible unsanitary conditions, the owners don't care about it...they asked to clean the room, because it stank of mold and musty rags, they waited all day. There are ants in the room, a mouse once ran out from under the bed...although we lived on the second floor. The rooms are in need of repair, there is mold and stink in the bathroom and some insects are crawling... The staff has a terrible attitude towards vacationers, they talk with might and main among themselves at night, they walk the dog that lives in the billiard room... Accordingly, you can't play billiards, she barks there all day, and frolics in the yard at night.
There is nothing to do with young children there, it is scary to let the child go, the open gates do not close all day to attract customers to the cafe, which, frankly, is so-so...I'm not a cook, but I had a desire to go and show them how to cook. We refused to eat with them after two unsuccessfully ordered dishes.
There is nowhere to sit in the evening except this cafe, fortunately it is always empty.
In short, look for another place!

He is rude and mocks customers. There is an epidemic of rotavirus on the coast, this infection is everywhere. I do not recommend this hotel and the country as a whole!!!!
