A wonderful cozy hotel in old Tbilisi, friendly staff (Ira, Sveta). There is everything for a comfortable stay, silence, a beautiful view of the city from the balcony (terrace), a wonderful kitchen for cooking (with all household utensils). I recommend it very much.
Our journey through Georgia began in Tbilisi. According to reviews, we chose the Elia Palace Hotel. And you were not mistaken! A wonderful hotel! Large cozy rooms, cleanliness, well-groomed territory. Separately, we would like to note the very friendly and attentive staff to the wishes of the guests. We sincerely thank you for our comfortable stay at your hotel.
A great small hotel in a quiet area. The location is very suitable for those who come by car, bypassing the center you can get to the airport, east point, or go to Mtskheta, or any other place. It is also very convenient to go down to the center, still within walking distance from the Avlabari metro station.
The rooms are clean, the staff is excellent, there are parking spaces and most importantly – an affordable price.
When visiting Tbilisi in 2019, I stop only here and I'm not going to change anything :)
A wonderful hotel! Russian Russian, and various rules, and in general some signs in Russian, also the staff speaks Russian. Own a small plot of land with a rocking swing. The service is good. The rooms are also great. I recommend. And it is also located in a very good place, it is interesting to walk around.
Disgusting hostess! We booked for 26 days via booking one day before arrival. We checked in, left an advance payment of 1000 GEL. We were asked to cancel our booking at the booking office even upon check-in.
Later, by a happy coincidence, we met with friends in the city and were offered to stay with them and of course we agreed. We arrived here in the evening and were informed that we would not be staying here. To which we were told to come in the morning, since there is no hostess now and they will not be able to return the money. We had to pay for this night according to the rules. Therefore, we left some of our things and went to our friends already. We arrived in the morning, the hostess refused to return our money for a reason we did not understand. Brazenly, not a penny at all. Even if we're moving out and we're not going to live here.He says that we can live on this money here (8 days). We don't want to live here because we've already decided to move in with friends.
Thanks to the guys who work here, for understanding and passing the information to the hostess. Because she didn't speak either Russian or English.
As a result, we sat for so long and she offered to return only 500 GEL. We didn't want to sit and fight for a long time. There was no desire or mood for this anymore. As a result, they did so.
As for the room: at first we went in, everything seemed to be fine. But then I noticed the details: The towels in the bathroom were torn, it was very confusing, there was a very strong smell from the refrigerator. I opened the closet door to throw out the trash in the kitchen, THERE WAS A PILE OF GARBAGE FROM THE OLD TENANT! After that, I even doubted that it was cleaned.
Thanks again to the guy, unfortunately I don't remember the name, who talked to us. Very pleasant and understanding. But the hostess leaves much to be desired. With such a displeased face, she kept saying something to him to tell us. Even without knowing the language, we understood what she was saying and with what tone.
It's good that we left only this amount, if we had fully paid 3,000 lari, they would not have been returned to us)))))
