The tour was held at the highest level. We notified you about the details on WhatsApp. Tickets were issued at the station half an hour before the train. But the train, although the company has nothing to do with it, what goes there (compartment, overnight stay), what goes back (reserved seat, during the day) That's something. Like in the 90s. True, the cars and equipment are in decent condition, but sockets (two for the whole car), air conditioners, toilets without sanitary zones are not here.

Contracts are drawn up just as they are, and it absolutely does not matter what data customers provide. "Your documents are your responsibility" is the absolute truth and the manager does not bear any responsibility, which is very convenient. They say one thing, but in fact another. The money for the hotel is collected before passing the border, although the contract says that payment is made on the day of check-in. The description of the guest house does not match what we saw upon arrival. The only positive impression remained only from the escort, she helped to solve housing issues.

We went to Abkhazia by bus with this tour operator from 06/26/2023 to 07/07/2023. Guys, don't get fooled by the low price of the tour.
As for the organization of the trip. It was necessary to spend 2 days on the way to the destination (Gagra). A 2019 bus with all amenities was announced, and on the day of departure everything changed, and a 2005 bus was served. With uncomfortable seats, no air conditioning. There were USB ports, but they turned on only at repeated request, as well as the TV. There is no air conditioning, but it's 30-35 outside!!!! When we were traveling in the opposite direction, the bus broke down 2 times. Moreover, it was impossible to sleep because of the endless rumble of some parts. I would especially like to note that on the way back, a person was forgotten at one of the sanitary stops!!!!! The woman who was left called the guide at about 2 o'clock to tell him that she was lost, and the guide was asleep!!!! Imagine that. If we hadn't been stopped at one of the traffic police stations with a request to count tourists, she would have stayed somewhere in Kuban ((in Krasnodar, we transferred to a local minibus, which did not have the necessary documents to cross the Abkhazian-Russian border in the opposite direction!!! We've been waiting for another one for over an hour!!! One overnight stay in a Krasnodar hotel was announced in the direction of Abkhazia. We were supposed to arrive there at 18.00, as a result, we arrived only at 22, and departure on the way at 4 am!!! This is a mockery of tourists!
As for the hotel in Gagra. We stayed at the Morskaya Hotel. Who is going to go there, keep in mind that the kettle and microwave are not in the room, but on the floor in common use. Therefore, from 6 a.m., noise and rumbling will not let you sleep. Naturally, the tour operator did not warn about this. Thanks to the company for spoiling your vacation!!!
I went with my family from this tour company on vacation to Kabardinka in mid-July. I have never met such a disgusting attitude towards clients. Director Lyudmila, of course, tries to get in touch somehow and solve issues for her employees. I was assigned a manager, Natalia, it's just terrible. I met such a bestial attitude towards clients for the first time: rude, impertinent, does not answer calls and does not consider it necessary to call back. It was necessary to come to sign an addendum to the contract, because they decided to drive their own car. Director Lyudmila said that Natalia will be on site by 12 o'clock and it is better to clarify the exact time for signing the additional agreement with her. I am writing a message in Viber to Natalia, to which I receive a response, but what difference does it make to you what time I will be there?! I call, tell the situation again, ask about the time to arrive, because we have to leave early tomorrow and if we don't need to go, I will gladly not go anywhere and will not waste time. Natalia just redirected me to the director and that's it. By the way, the additional agreement was prepared in the area of a week, it is very difficult to do it, apparently). Upon arrival at the office, Natalia was rude openly, not even shy of the director, and they didn't even answer anything to her, and didn't make a remark, as if such an attitude with clients was in the order of things. Further, upon arrival on vacation, it turned out that the playground, about which we were beautifully sung, is not located near our guest house, but on the embankment near the cafe and the Dacha hotel and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to it. It was not 5-7 minutes to the sea, as we were told, but 10 minutes, and 30 minutes to the sandy beach in general. I will definitely not contact this tour company anymore and I do not recommend it to others!!!!
We booked a trip for two families, ordered two rooms, while we were very persistently offered what we did not want, namely one large studio for two families, although we were traveling together, we wanted to live separately, so we refused and chose what we like, two rooms, paid for booked seats on the bus, and two weeks later we decided to ask if there was an iron in the room, then we were informed. at the same time, cynically, "Oh, how lucky you are now you will live in the same room, it's so cool, it's bigger," it may have been larger in area, but we did not want to live in the "dorm", while not only the room changed, but also the hotel, while claiming that it it was better, but even with the naked eye it was clear that he was worse, communication with the Director, put all the dots over and, if you want to drink blood from you to welcome, he says there was a rebooking, and that this turns out to be a frequent occurrence, maybe in this office it is frequent, I have not seen this before, but further everything is more interesting, the shared room was cheaper than two hotel rooms, but no one planned to return the difference, the manager referred to the fact that now the price has become higher for this room, therefore we are not going to return the difference, although even on their website the price of the room has not increased, not to mention that it was it's a lie, since the price increase was not confirmed in the guest house itself, and it turns out that there is no such service on the bus either, then we refused their super offer and decided to take the money, and this is about 2 weeks before departure, we had to knock out our money right away, the director says one thing does another, she does not she calls back, in fact, what you got is your problems, she just has a business, with all the problems she puts on the client, returned the money to the card, confused the account, left it is not clear where they hung up for a week, it is difficult to believe that this is accidental, while not all the money was returned, since the cost in units at the rate of the national bank, they should have returned it also at the rate of the national bank, but I just transferred it back, although according to the law it was different, so there were losses on the person 1. on the course, and the bank took 2% of what was returned to the card, and the fact that the money they returned with a delay, then they had to change again for a new tour, as a result, only one negative, there are different situations, the question of how they approach the case, but no one has ever apologized for replacing rooms and hotels or for delaying money through their fault, and pay attention to the names of positive reviews, you will understand that this hyped reviews!!!

Back in autumn, I visited the largest swamp in the country – Yelnya. I want to say thank you for organizing this trip. And to the guide Nikolai in the swamp – special thanks and greetings))) We were also lucky with the weather! In addition to Yelnya, we stopped in Budslav, admired the church and went on excursions and tastings at the winery (I had never tasted blueberry wine before!). At lunch, we were fed a delicious full meal (first, second and compote)). Thanks again! Now I plan to visit your excursion to the brewery and cheese factory.
I want to share my impressions of cooperation with the travel agency "Lighttopsystems" from a bus trip to Belovezhskaya Pushcha on 07.01.2023
It was the first time we visited this agency, because, unfortunately, there was nothing to choose from. Tours to Belovezhskaya Pushcha by train are mainly presented on the market. We wanted to get there and back in one light day. I can say that we did it, but at the cost of our own health and mood.
In the contract for the provision of tourist services, which was sent to me by a representative of this company, paragraph 1 says that the tour is by BUS and paragraph 4 of the contract states that the tour operator has declared a MINIMUM number of 30 people for the trip. Subparagraph 12.6 of the same agreement states that in the absence of the minimum number of people specified in paragraph 4 of this agreement, the Contractor is obliged to inform the Customer no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the tourist trip.
And in fact, on 06.01.2023, a message came in the messenger that departure tomorrow by MINIBUS.
The distance from Minsk to Belovezhskaya Pushcha is about 400 km, and the same distance back. Check out at 6.30 am, and return around 10 p.m.
These were facts, and now emotions. When boarding the minibus, it turned out that only 14 people and only 3 children were traveling. The minibus had 16 passenger seats (including the back row of seats with 4 armchairs). Winter, 11 adult tourists, 3 children and one guide (all in outerwear), spent more than 8 hours on the road there and back, in chairs that do not unfold and do not have any means of fixing the passenger (seat belt or handrail). There was no question of the comfort of the trip from the word "at all". I will not comment on the guide. The tour is very boring and, as they say, "about nothing." This guide did not organize a check-in at the cafe in any way, but only urged and hurried everyone. I had to eat terrible fast food on the street. People have been hungry all day.
By the way, there are no complaints about Belovezhskaya Pushcha itself. The program has been worked out there and everything is fast and clear.
I think that the travel agency "Lighttopsystems", which in fact was supposed to just take and bring tourists to visit Belovezhskaya Pushcha, provided this service poorly.
If you value yourself, your vacation and your money, then think 1000 times before buying a tour from this company. All from the words of the director to my claims: "everyone is always happy and the feedback is only positive," and I have a "biased attitude." It's not true about positive reviews. There are negative complaints about the bus.
P. S. The director promised to call other tourists and clarify their impressions, and then call me back. It's been almost a week. No one called me.

Lighttopsystems is a tour company that turned out to be not decent. I signed a contract for a vacation in Ukraine (Iron Port)On 07/02/2021 , I deposited 140 BEL rubles for the tour service to the organization's current account .According to the contract, I may be refused a tour 10 days before departure, the agency is silent, I call myself 3 days in advance, ask if everything is in force, to which Lyudmila replies: And you know your tour is postponed to the 7th. Excuse me???? I was let down hard, because the vacation is not rubber. Lyudmila offered two options to leave with them on July 7 or return 140 bel rubles. I wrote an application for a refund, when asked when the payment would be made, it was said as soon as the letter for a refund arrived, so immediately. There was apparently a mistake in the settlement account that was given at work, they could not pay, and somehow they did not try to figure out this situation until I myself began to write and call Lyudmila, and ask where the money was?? After that, I wrote another statement, and corrected the error in the settlement account as Lyudmila asked, it took another 5 days after they received the corrected statement, Lyudmila does not respond to messages, money is not returned, and they behave extremely brazenly and irresponsibly. They say I distract them from important things and in general I'm too arrogant to ask for my money back. I will contact the relevant authorities to sort out this situation.
