We have a Pomeranian. For all 7 years of his life, we cut his hair in another city. When we started looking for a groomer in Gomel, we chose this salon. The first time we went, we were pleasantly surprised. Master Marina was very pleasant, she asked clarifying questions (how to cut a haircut, whether to spray a dog with perfume, etc.). She warned that the wool was knocked down (it was obvious, because the dog had not been to the groomer for 5 months before) and indicated an additional fee for combing-5 rubles.In terms of time, the complex took -2 hours. Since we were satisfied the first time, we naturally did not experiment, and we also signed up here the second time. But, as it turned out, not all craftsmen are as professional and pleasant to communicate with as Marina.
Day X has come. The dog has not been to a haircut for 2 months. We arrived, the master started asking questions about the haircut, I showed her the photo, to which she said, "you can't cut it like that, your dog will go bald."(we've been cutting the dog's hair for 7 years and no one has gone bald). Further, she still agreed to cut it exactly as in the photo, on the condition that we would have no complaints about her. Next, the receptionist asked me to pay for the haircut right away, because she's leaving- no problem. Here the master begins to say that the dog's fur is very down, it needs to be combed out and the lottery begins, what amount should I announce. And with the words "I would take 70 rubles for such a person," I gave the money. No one punched the check for me.
After leaving the salon, I became worried about the dog, because the master was not very pleasant, impudent or something. Then my husband and I began to discuss the price, because last time the dog had not been with the groomer longer and the price was lower, if now, when the haircut was 2 months old and the husband combed the dog a week before the haircut. After browsing the Instagram page and examining the prices, where the complex costs 58p and a 10-30% surcharge for combing, it became interesting if they took a 20% surcharge for our miniature dog, what would happen if they brought a huge fluffy dog all covered in curls?!
Then time passed, an hour, one and a half, two hours passed. No one is calling me. This makes you even more panicky when you're already worried about the dog, because last time the haircut lasted 2 hours, and the online recording also shows the time of the complex everywhere-2 hours. After 2.15, they called me and said that the dog would be ready in 30 minutes.
I arrived in advance, did not go in for 2 minutes and watched as they took photos with the dog, and when I went in, the dog was not ready yet and, having disrupted the photo shoot, the dog was taken away to finish the haircut.
Well, the icing on the cake, when I took the dog away with the words that this time the haircut was longer, the master did not miss the opportunity to add an even more unpleasant opinion of himself, sarcastically replied: "the standard pomeranian haircut is 2.5 hours." Well, why would you answer like that, if it's not the first time we've had our hair cut and it took only this master 2.5 hours.
And yes, when I left, I said that last time the dog was more overgrown and it cost less. And oh, a miracle, or a coincidence, but the next day the prices on Instagram were updated. And yet, the master did not specify whether it was necessary to use perfume, the dog smelled bad, there was a small child at home-the dog had to be isolated for a while to "wear out".
It was cut well, there are no complaints. But you need to be able to talk to people somehow, so that they come back and update prices in a timely manner, and not take it out of their heads ("I would take 70p"). And if it's a novice craftsman, because that's exactly the opinion about her, warn people in advance.

We are constantly grooming our poodle in this salon. Wonderful craftsmen. The dog will be washed, dried, combed and mowed. I would especially like to thank Marina, the owner of the salon, and Svetlana, the groomer. Wonderful girls, they know their job 100%. It's good that there are places where your fuzzies will be made beautiful.
