The rooms are pleasant to look at. Although where they walked on the carpet is immediately visible. The cleanliness and service was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Breakfast buffet, egg cases, sweets, sausages or sausages. The eggs are separate. The coffee seems to be ground for 4 cups, but you can drink it. On the 14th floor there is a lunch of ready meals as part of the excursion program. There is WiFi and it was enough for YouTube, although sometimes the connection was interrupted. It was cold in the rooms on January 4, but it was enough to get into bed and immediately pass out. It's just cold to sit at this time. The staff is pleasant at the reception desk and at the entrance to the dining room. We checked the numbers. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression when visiting Belarus.

The hotel is not bad. Declared 3 stars, confirms. We stayed for 2 nights (group check-in), standard room.The room is small, but clean, and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is clean. The bathroom is spacious, there is a shelf for cosmetics, there is a socket for a hairdryer, but a hairdryer is available on request. Two detergent dispensers: above the sink and in the shower stall. Three towels each (bath towel, face towel and foot towel). The room was most impressed by the large number of mirrors (2 in the bathroom - above the sink and in full height, next to the shower cabin and in the room itself there are also 2 mirrors). It was very cold in the room, as the heating had already been turned off, but on request, the maid brought a heater and a bathrobe. The only drawback is that there is no kettle, but there is a cooler in the hallway (very close to our room), although it is not very convenient to pour hot water into a low glass. And there are only 2 glasses of dishes in the room, no spoon, no plate, no water carafe. The buffet was pleasantly surprised, and it seemed that no one else lived in the hotel except our group. Everything is very well organized, no queues, no pandemonium. We had breakfast in 2 places: Day 1 on the 2nd floor, in the 2nd room on the 14th floor. The range is standard, but everything you need is available. There are a lot of empty seats, dishes are served promptly, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned. The hotel has a very pleasant impression, the staff is friendly, quick to respond to the requirements and wishes of the guests. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

The location of the hotel is almost in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The room was on the 9th floor, there are 4 elevators, you don't have to wait. The room is a single room, not big, but cozy and clean, everything that is stated is present - TV, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer. The bed linen and towels look new and clean. There's a water cooler in the hallway. The staff was polite, and all requests were handled quickly. The price included breakfast, "buffet", the choice is not huge, but everything is fresh, delicious, no one left hungry.
