Awful. We booked a spa, specified the time in advance, came to the spa.... (2 km from the lifts-the path is not close)
As a result, the girl at the reception was met with a stony face:I don't know anything, you are not guests, you cannot visit now (reservation for 18.00)
On the argument that everything is booked and the names of the employees from the reservation department who reserved everything for me are called, the girl from the reception said: they are new employees....both (two employees- how convenient)
Sorry, but this is not the solution to the problem.
