Convenient location, near the metro, many attractions within walking distance. Small, but clean, cozy room, corresponds to the photo.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, it's wonderful, there is no smoky smell in the room.
The staff is very friendly. Breakfast, classic, Turkish.
For me, there was only one minus (for which I took off one star) This is audibility. Moreover, you can't hear anything from the street, good windows. But here is the door to the room... It's like she's not there.
You can hear everything that happens outside the room. If you are on the ground floor, you can hear everything that happens at the reception. You can also hear the water gurgling loudly if someone is washing upstairs. I don't know if it's the same everywhere or not. The earplugs helped me.

Nice hotel, with a good location, friendly staff, quickly checked in, the room is clean, hot water, TV, tea with coffee and water.
The only downside is that we originally booked a hotel with breakfast, but it turned out that they didn't have it, but there are plenty of street food outlets near the hotel, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. Of the cons, the room smells damp, very strongly. From the plus location, smart TV, bathroom with hot water. The toilet seat doesn't fit it and it keeps falling down.
