Three weeks ago, the duration of the conversation was limited to 15 minutes. What happened? Now 2-30 and not a second more. I contacted the hotline last week. I left my contacts. They promised to find out the reason for the restriction and call back. I wonder if I'll wait for the call? I'm calling my mom, who is 88 years old. For her and me, this is a very important communication. I went to the company's website. I was surprised that they are in Lugansk, Ukraine. Still. Maybe that's where the quality comes from?

Shame, not connection. Sometimes you can't get through, then there is interference and distortion on the line. To call the operator only to queue up, so that you can get a reset later. I'm not even talking about the Internet, it's just a pathetic semblance. There is no service to reset a free sms like "call me back". And when you ask questions in VK to a representative, he with eyes full of misunderstanding, only asks the location of poor communication quality, and that's it, no answer, no greetings, no explanation of the reasons. You can also use a bot with such success, it has a much richer set of phrases.

There are practically no positive impressions of the quality of Lugakom's services. 3G Internet works at the 2g level, sometimes it outputs speeds at the 3g level. The quality of voice communication is normal, except for the connection with the subscriber. The subscriber often manages to get through with several attempts. The subscriber department left negative impressions. The attitude towards customers is dismissive.
