In Starobilsk, all Internet service providers were turned off for a year in order to attract all customers to themselves. Only in this way, when people have no choice, they can sell their "services" to someone, constant packet loss, etc., They cannot access Ukrainian and foreign services without VPN, which is logical, but why there are Russian services without which they cannot enter without VPN is a mystery.
