The work is terribly organized, everything is done for a very long time. The meter broke down on its own and in order to call a specialist, you need to wait for weeks, then wait 2 weeks for the results of the examination and then wait another 2 weeks until they arrive. In Africa, issues are solved faster than in this organization + outright boors in the service staff is a fact!!!

For comparison, 3 years ago there was such a problem, we arrived cleaned at 10 pm. Everything worked. Now sit in the cold, from Thursday to Monday!!!

I absolutely agree with the previous review. Not just boorish, but there are outright boors. Especially the locksmiths. It's a shame that rudeness has to be tolerated by people who regularly pay for services and fulfill all requirements.
Most of the employees are rude! It is very inconvenient that attendance is strictly mandatory in person at Luganskgaz and they do not accept applications by phone to remove the meter!!! Everyone is working!!! But in their opinion - only they!!And when I came to their office in person, they didn't even ask me for documents!!! We accepted the application and that's it!!! At the same time, I had to take time off from work and drive half the city!!!!!
