The attitude towards customers is disgusting. I ordered a bouquet here in advance, a day in advance. I saw the bouquet on their Instagram, asked them to make exactly the same one and bring it exactly at the agreed time (this was important, since this is the presentation ceremony, the flowers were supposed to be a surprise). The manager confirmed everything, dropped the bill for the payment, I paid. As a result, the next day, an hour and a half before the ceremony, I get a photo of a bouquet with a completely different kind of roses on it. I was outraged - they told me that that view was over and without warning (!) they used other roses. Since there was very little time left before the ceremony, I had to agree, but I demanded compensation - and I was offered a postcard and fertilizer (which is just ridiculous). In any case, there was no other choice and I asked them to deliver it at a pre-arranged time. Everything was confirmed to me again and as a result they delivered me 50 minutes earlier than expected, when I wasn't even there, so they just threw flowers at the guards. As a result, the flowers were wrinkled, there were none. Don't be fooled by the reviews - this is the worst flower shop in my memory.
