A small, cozy hotel, on the seashore, in Novaya Gagra. The Standard room, a stunning balcony with sea views, is a huge plus. The room has a kettle, mini fridge, clothes dryer, beach towels. There is no safe, hair dryer, slippers/bathrobes. But it was fine without them)
Meals are 3 times a day, the choice is not huge, but everything is very tasty, you will not stay hungry. There are tables on the street with a view of the sea, there are indoor ones.
I ran into a problem when there was no water in the toilet. It turned out that water was slowly rising to the 4th-5th floor, but only into the toilet. In the sink, in the shower, the pressure is good. You'll have to put up with it somehow) Otherwise, I liked the hotel - the staff are friendly, the beach is excellent, small pebbles, sun beds/umbrellas are free, the food is delicious, the balcony with sea views is fantastic.
P.S. another hotel is being built opposite the hotel. At the time of arrival in August, the main work had already been completed, there was no noise, internal finishing work was underway

If you do not eat at the hotel, do not overeat, but sunbathe and enjoy the sea, then the hotel is suitable. Meals are served buffet style. The choice is not rich, but it is there. Fish, meat, chicken, vegetables, salads, seasonal fruits, chilled compotes, jelly. The kitchen is more familiar to us, not spicy dishes. There is an air-conditioned dining room or a canopy outside with sea views. Five or six steps and you are on the beach. There was a plumbing problem, but it wasn't critical for us. The water left the washbasin badly and the shower head was running. The hotel is located near the center, on foot, walking distance to the center of 30-40 minutes. The only thing annoying was the rides on water scooters almost over the heads of vacationers and endless touts on excursions. But to each his own. The girls at the reception are friendly. Many thanks to Kristina for her help in solving the problems. It is very pleasant to meet people who are not indifferent. It was the first time in Abkhazia and she left mixed impressions. Conclusion: Abkhazia is a country of contrasts.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in October 2024. The room was booked as a suite. Of the advantages: in fact, it has its own beach with sun beds and umbrellas within walking distance. Despite the fact that October, the weather turned out to be beachy and we did not swim for only 3 days. The hotel was filled to capacity (but it only has 32 rooms), so there won't be a crowd at any time. There were enough umbrellas and sun beds for everyone. Cons on the beach: as many wrote before in reviews, there is a destroyed breakwater in the sea, with protruding pins. Knowing this in advance, he treated the entrance and exit from the sea very carefully. The second disadvantage: if the wind blows from the direction of staraya Gagra, it causes the smell of sewage. As they later found out while walking along the beach, a stinky river flows down about a kilometer in the direction of staraya Gagra. It looks like the smell is coming from her. But this is not always the case, but periodically as it smells so it smells.I assume that this river is an additional source of Rotavirus, which did not pass me and my spouse. The benefit was in a more or less light form. A day on the couch, and it's easier there... Another huge disadvantage for beach holidays is that boats and jet skis fly almost over their heads. And being in the water, this fact does not add positive emotions. The hotel is quiet and apparently with good sound insulation. I can't hear the neighbors. There are no complaints about the work of the dining room, the quality of cleaning and the work of the reception. All the guys are doing their best. The food is not very diverse, but it is stupid to demand a variety of Turkish ultra-all from a hotel with 32 rooms. The main thing is that the food is delicious and almost homemade. Daily cleaning, linen change every 5 days. The lights are constantly turned off in Gagra, but in this hotel it will pass unnoticed. Own diesel generator. In general, considering that you are in Abkhazia, its lack of grooming is not bad enough. But rotovirus, be it not laden, is a scourge of the Black Sea coast, including Abkhazia. But there is nothing to be surprised at when you know that all sewage flows into the sea without sewage treatment plants. The hotel is not to blame for this, but tourists potentially wishing to visit this place should take into account these nuances. I wouldn't want to come back here again. The hotel has nothing to do with it, it's just that Abkhazia, despite the magnificent nature, did not come to my wife and me.

We stayed at this hotel from 10/20/24 to 10/26/24. We are very pleased with the choice of the hotel. The price-quality ratio is excellent. All photos published by the hotel are true. The standard room is of regular size with decent furniture, the bed and mattress are comfortable, the room was cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed in the middle of our stay. We went to see the Suite- we regretted that they did not take it, a magnificent room and a view from the balconies. The hotel is not big, cozy, clean and relatively freshly renovated. The territory is not large, without playgrounds, so it probably won't work with small children. The staff is very friendly. A separate word about nutrition - it was on top. there were reviews about rotovirus - there were no "victims" during our stay. The beach is not equipped, but this is the case throughout Gagra, so there are no other expectations. They wrote about the smell on the beach. There was nothing like that. The sea is clean, the shore and the entrance are in large pebbles, it hurts a little if the legs are tender. But it didn't upset us). The population of Abkhazia is friendly and friendly, no one was rude to us, probably because we were polite and enjoyed our vacation. We traveled by minibus to Novy Athos and Sukhum on our own. The price is 300-350 rubles. for 1 person in one direction. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Just a great hotel! Cozy, neat, right on the shore, its own veranda overlooking the sea, the food is almost homemade, delicious and varied. There is an inexpensive bar at the hotel restaurant, but you can also have your own, it is not forbidden. There are a couple of shops nearby, everything is at hand. We had a rest in August at the Louise Hotel. The expectation partially coincided with reality. In general, we are satisfied with the rest, with some disadvantages of the hotel.
Of the advantages:
+ The sea.
It is located in the first line, a minute from the hotel - this is the biggest plus. Deck chairs were available. Towels were provided in sets and even for the beach.
+ Meals (Buffet).
There was a very wide variety of food, it was possible to have a very satisfying and delicious meal for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
+ View from the balcony.
Gorgeous views from the balcony directly to the mountains, sunsets and the sea.
Minuses:
- Construction site
The fact that there is a construction site next to the hotel from the window, where everything is noisy - we were not told such information.
- Administrators are constantly absent from the reception, it is impossible to clarify any information. There is also no phone in the room.
- The absence of a cooler in the hotel. (The first time we encountered such a thing that there is no water in the hotel). You need to purchase water yourself, for a moment the room is standard, not economy.
- In the room (full set of towels, beach towels, tea, sugar, glasses, kettle, hairdryer, bath accessories).
- Cleaning.
They didn't clean the room willingly. One maid for the whole hotel, what a laugh. Wet cleaning was performed when already requested. Tea / sugar was also added not every day, but as requested.
The bed was changed on the third day, but they asked to change it themselves, not the maid.
Upon arrival, there were not enough towels (the laundress does not have time to bring, we were told), duvet covers were not put on the blanket, then they just gave it to us, refilled it on their own.
The lamp did not work in the room (when asked to do something, they brought a lamp, created a romantic, but it was dark for us). During the entire rest period, 7 days, the locksmith did not come to us.
The toilet flowed in the bathroom (they put a bucket, but the plumber also did not come to us).
Not spared - rotovirus. It is this process that goes around in a circle right at the hotel, unfortunately, no measures are taken for this.
The only thing that won in this hotel was the food and the good staff in the dining room. Gorgeous views and the sea near the hotel.
Otherwise, the hotel did not leave a particularly pleasant impression for a lot of money. There is no particular desire to return.

September 2024. It's just a great hotel. Naturally, there are probably more awesome ones, judging by the budget.. Everything is just great there - starting from the administrators (Albine and Mercy), ending with the cleaning - everything is at an excellent level. Politeness at every turn. A separate song is the dining room, overlooking the sea. It's a thrill to sit there listening to the surf and having a meal. There is also an enclosed part of the dining room, and a tent, and under a canopy. It's great to meet beautiful sunsets at dinner. Kitchen for everything. Dishes made from ordinary products are incredibly delicious!! You can't say that it is very diverse, but it is very tasty, so variety is not required. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable.. separately, the balconies should be noted, where the view is simply stunning- both on the sea and on the mountains- a delight for the eyes. There is practically no territory. But direct access to the sea smooths out this too. The beach is clean, we didn't understand why, but there were a lot of empty sunbeds, and there were few people on our beach, although the hotel was fully populated. Thanks! If I go here to Gagra again, then early booking is only with you😉

We rested at the Louise Hotel from August 16 to August 25. The hotel itself is not bad, we had a standard double room, a balcony overlooking the neighboring building and a view of the Laura. Very close to the road where cars drive all day and all night, some with a loud roar. I had to close the door to the balcony also because the residents of the next room very often smoked on the balcony. The room was cleaned upon request, there was no drinking water, we bought it ourselves. Two days after arrival, they fell ill with rotavirus. The child was most seriously ill, and I had to call a doctor. We spent a lot on medicines. We planned a trip to Sochi, but we couldn't go due to illness. They left the room only to go to the pharmacy. We talked with the vacationers, it turned out that everyone was sick or ill. Very sorry. The whole vacation was ruined. Although the sea is nearby, visually the water in the sea is clean and warm. The hotel is not bad. The food is good. There is a larger assortment for breakfast and lunch. The dinners are more modest. We decided that we would not go to Abkhazia anymore.

Excellent hotel in the area between old and new Gagra. The relatively fresh hotel also has an elevator. Room cleaning every day, linen change every 3 days. We had a suite with 2 rooms with sea and mountain views. The beach is 50 meters away, where umbrellas and sun beds are free. The hotel also has a restaurant where breakfast lunch and dinner are buffet style. The food is super different every day, but the waiters were not very much in one shift, they did not update the assortment at the distribution and did not offer coffee and wine, as it turned out coffee in the morning and wine in the evening for free. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and shops. Next time we'll come here again.

Abkhazia was chosen because of the high cost of foreign tours... This hotel. It was written about the repair. Yes, it can be seen, but.... In the bathroom, everyone's toilets are already disassembled, and their location is generally something with something! They put a huge bedside table under the sink, and the toilet was positioned according to the residual principle. It is very difficult for a guest with non-standard dimensions....
And the beds!!! This is a separate topic... They are not even single beds, but 0.75 bedrooms! With incredibly soft mattresses that constantly crawl over the leatherette base. Unaccustomed, we almost fell off them!!!
Of the advantages, only the location to the sea and the work of the cook. The rest is for a weak three.
We read on the hotel's website about many good things, in particular, about glasses of wine at dinner, about delicious coffee at any time, about free trips to hydrogen sulfide baths. Upon arrival, it turned out that none of this was there. The receptionist said it was because the hotel had bought the biblio globe.
We have been living here for 4 days now... Towels are not changed, and bed linen is even more so. Cleaning consists only in wiping the floors and taking out the garbage. The soap dish is not replenished, the table is not wiped...
If it weren't for the food, although monotonous, but close to home, this hotel would have received a unit at all.
Only the lazy one didn't write about the breakwaters at the entrance to the sea anymore!
A piece of paper with a warning was hung up with us when people were already injured.
And yes, there is no pool here, and with such a quality of water in the sea, it would save the situation. In the morning, there is a terrible smell of sewage from the sea, pieces are floating... Brrr. Locals say that where there is a lot of private sector, sewage treatment plants cannot cope...maybe somewhere else there is a normal sea...
In general, nature and attractions deserve attention, but this hotel and the sea around it do not!
On the 5th day after the conversation with the administration
we changed towels and linen, added soap and shampoos.
Rotavirus is rampant!
Moreover, you can catch it without swimming in the sea... Locals advise guests to start taking medications at home.

The rooms are good, there is an elevator, three meals a day, the first coastline!

I was vacationing at the Louise Hotel in June 2024. I read the reviews before the trip and decided to opt for this hotel.
On the plus side: good location and renovated room, stayed in a suite. And that's probably all)
Now the cons: the room was not ready for check-in: there was no toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, the light above the bathroom mirror was not on, the toilet was leaking. Later it turned out that the toilet was not working properly and my husband had to repair it periodically, since there was no plumbing in the hotel. The toilet was repaired on the 7th day of our stay in the room.
The next disadvantage is nutrition. If someone has an unhealthy stomach, this is not your hotel. All the food is overcooked, the second courses are cold., the name and composition of the dishes were missing. A remark was made, the names appeared only on porridges and soups. It is not clear what it is made of. What you eat fish or chicken is also not clear. During the holidays, the vacationers had poisoning and we were poisoned too.
Another disadvantage is the swimming area. At a distance of about 5 meters in the water there is a breakwater and metal rusty pins stick out of it. I came across him, the hematoma is still in the floor of his leg. The owners of the hotel are not doing anything to eliminate it. Apparently, they are waiting for a case with more severe consequences.
I had a rest for the third time in Abkhazia, the first two times everything was fine. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2024, booked a suite for two with three meals a day.
We arrived at the hotel at 15.07, lunch from 13 to 15 o'clock, asked to let us have lunch in the dining room - they allowed us, but, of course, there was little left of lunch.
At the reception, a friendly girl answered all my questions and settled into a suite on the 4th floor.
As we understood, there are suites with direct and side sea views, we had a side view, a large 6-meter balcony with furniture (armchairs and a table), a gorgeous view of the sunsets from the balcony.
The room has two rooms and a bathroom, one room is a bedroom, it has a large double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, two bedside tables, a dressing table with a pouf,
in the living room there is a large uncluttered sofa, two round tables, three armchairs, a tea table with a kettle, cups and appliances, a chest of drawers, a hanger and a cabinet with a refrigerator. All the furniture is new, the bedroom is in classic style, the living room is in loft style.
The bathroom is large, with a shower with hinged glass doors.
In general, the room itself is nice, spacious, but the linen in the bedroom leaves much to be desired - the sheets are in pellets, washed, the bathroom constantly smelled of sewage, the water ran out in the morning (but this seems to be a common problem in Abkhazia).
In the dining room, you need to clean up the dishes yourself, trays are placed on the bar (the food is simple , but quite acceptable , for breakfast omelet or scrambled eggs , casserole , sausage , ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, stewed vegetables, two types of porridge , sausages or sausages , side dish rice , buckwheat or spaghetti , cakes from boxes shop - bought , black tea , green tea , milk , no coffee , only if you order at the bar for payment . Lunch for soups of two types - borscht , cabbage soup , noodles , spinach soup , two days later a very tasty fish - trout or pangasius , sometimes pork or beef with vegetables ,

You can eat on the pretty veranda - again , the dishes need to be dragged on a tray to the bar - this is inconvenient , since the door to the bar is often closed and you have to open it with your foot.
The beach is right in front of the hotel , a friendly man , upon request , immediately brings both an umbrella and sun loungers , umbrellas are put on the reinforcement , which, when removing the umbrella , remains stuck in the evening and until the morning on the beach of stones . The beach is clean , there are few people , there are a couple of vendors with corn and beer . Under the water , five meters from the edge , there is something similar to a breakwater , but parallel to the shore, it is not visible immediately under the water , there is no warning and I think it is very dangerous , as well as protruding fittings for umbrellas .
The shops nearby are small, there is wine, water (which you had to buy yourself), payment is either in cash or via Wi-Fi to a card ( mainly Tinkov Bank ) .
There 's a dirty canteen across the street to the right , but people went there , they say it 's delicious . Restaurants and cafes are all far enough away. If you go to the left when leaving the hotel on the road - after a couple of kilometers there will be a couple of quite decent cafes, in the direction to the right - a little further away from the traffic light and again to the right towards the sea towards the market there is SHATER RESTAURANT GAGRA, and cafe Delmar , it is quite tasty there, the prices are normal for cafes , SHATER has a website and delivery to the room from 1200 rubles )
We took a walk on the new Victoria boat , the boat is super , the guys tell us interesting things , I liked it , 1500 per person.
The neighbors from the room next door told me for a fine of 500 rubles for a stained foot towel , I don't know what happened , but this is the first time I've heard about this .
Shampoo gel and soap were put only on the first day , on the third day after the reminder at the reception they commented that we were lucky on the first day , since the hotel owner canceled this option . Later in the evening , they apologized - they brought everything , saying that everything was included in the suites .
In general, everything is quite good if you book a hotel with uncritical money , took a tour from biblioglobus with departure from Moscow , for June and August the price is three to four times higher , for this price - I would not go to such a place .

I'm not in any way trying to dissuade you from flying here. Nature, air, sea. It's very beautiful here. But the infection that has been sitting here since ancient times spoils the whole feeling of relaxation. They planned to spend money on excursions and entertainment, but they spent it on coal. Smektu and so on and so on. It's up to you, but my family and I will never return to the Black Sea coast again. The health of my son and my family is more important to me . We stayed at the hotel for two days. We liked the location next to the sea, we often visit Abkhazia, but after staying at the hotel, everything pleasant became dark! We were offered a suite for 9,000 rubles, we agreed, not suspecting that the toilet is flowing from below, the water does not flush, the sink is clogged and the most pleasant thing is that the shower is also broken, it lies on the mixer and this is a suite!!! The bed linen is not ironed , it looks like someone was sleeping . And of course, the dining room with three meals a day is just a nightmare, we could find something fresh only on the second day at breakfast and after the claim there was at least some variety of food, please the hotel management take action everything is sad, the administrator instead of somehow reassuring the customers replied I'm not the toastmaster to explain everything to you is this a service? One plus, the sea is warm and beautiful in a step, and also the guards and the bartender girl in the dining room are very friendly ,,,

A great place for a relaxing holiday. We had an unreal room with two balconies and a fully panoramic glazed living room. Every evening we enjoyed the sunsets right from the windows. Comfortable mattresses. The room has bathrobes, slippers, all necessary cosmetics for the bath. Clean cleaning, always clean towels, including beach towels. All administrators are friendly and attentive to any request. Very good food, low-fat dishes are ideal for us, very tasty. The wine for lunch is also excellent. There is always a variety of fruits and vegetables. The sea is right at the exit of the restaurant)) there were enough chaise lounges, the beach worker always helped to put the chaise longue where it was preferable for us. The beach is sparsely populated, in fact there are only 2 hotels on it, there were only a few outsiders in July. The convenient location of the hotel, quiet, peaceful, at night you enjoy the sound of the sea. Summer cafes with music are a little bit in the distance, and not for the whole night - they didn't bother. In general, we decided that we had found the perfect hotel for us, and next year we hope to come again. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and a great stay ❤

The hotel is beautiful, modern. The room was a junior suite, a huge balcony, the view was gorgeous. But!, they spoiled our rest by informing us about the sudden closure, moved us to another hotel where the room was smaller. The day just flew out, due to the move. The management refused to reimburse for this day. The day was lost while we moved in, while we checked in (the rooms were not ready). And so in general it was good. Thanks to the service staff for the cleanliness and attention.

We are now in this hellish place. Upon arrival, the room was terribly dirty, the bed linen was not changed, everything was covered in hair, the bedspread was covered in blood! The glasses were dirty, the floor was dirty, it was better to keep silent about the bathroom. So besides all this sanitation!!!! The water in the shower almost did not run, the stench of the sewer, the Internet did not work at all, calling the reception, we were told that everything was OK. Of course, we are very happy for them, but this did not make the Internet work for us. The beach towel is changed every 3 days, or maybe not at all. If you want to lose weight, then everything is for you, the food is not edible at all. If you want a terrible and spoiled vacation, then welcome to this "wonderful" hotel

The staff is polite, convenient location relative to the sea, quite tasty food in the dining room.
That's where the pros ended.
In our suite, only water and towels were changed (sometimes I had to ask for it). Upon arrival, we immediately noticed sand and stones in every corner of the room, broken balcony handles, a 5-channel TV and barely live WiFi.
But the most interesting thing is the ants that crawl out from under the joints of the laminate (room 508)
I don't see any reason to ever return to this hotel again

A terrible place... The reception is absolutely incompetent. The room is not given the one that was booked for the same money. The mirror is broken, there are no light bulbs. Cleaning is rare. I do not recommend it!
