The gasoline is good, the gas station is clean, the staff is polite, since I'm from St. Petersburg and I'm used to refueling first and then paying... It's a little different in Belarus, pay first and then refuel. Therefore, I asked the cashier in advance to fill up to a full tank first and then pay.... my request didn't cause any problems. Everything is fine, thanks to the staff. And in order for you to receive bonuses on the Lukoil card, then along with the payment for refueling, buy something at the checkout, even a chocolate bar. Then bonuses will be awarded.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at this gas station has left a negative impression. I ran into a cashier who, unfortunately, behaved rudely and disrespectfully towards customers. Her tone was harsh, and her answers were short and unfriendly. It created an unpleasant atmosphere and made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but it is important to remember that customers come for services and purchases, expecting courteous service. Lukoil rules as always. Polite staff. Clean and tidy. Regarding this refueling, 95 benz was filled for a very long time, I do not remember, unfortunately, the number of the column. I also didn't like that the accumulative card 🇷🇺 accumulates points only if you buy something else besides fuel. I took off the star for it all.
