There was no mention of a break anywhere, but the staff, when clarifying the availability of goods, replied in a rather negative tone that there was a minute left before closing and they would not do anything. There is no information about this anywhere, neither on the website, nor in the application, nor here either. The phone is never picked up. I'm stuck in the sink. I called all the numbers, no one picked up. I had to find a way out myself, and at any moment the brushes could start working. I jumped to be noticed in the camera. They don't look at them. Somehow I managed to get out through the household premises. While I was explaining what happened, no one even twitched, not to mention some kind of compensation for the stress I suffered. There were no cars in line behind me, so no one noticed from the street that the gate was closed for a long time.

It 's just awful ! I stopped for gas, there was a puddle of melted snow on one side, decided to go around the side of the column, put my foot and turned on my back and elbows, noticed that there was no sprinkle around all the columns and falling ass and back into the mud mixed with DT oils angered me. I came in to pay for fuel with a jacket in my hands and I say, at least sprinkle it around the speakers, but what happened? I fell down, and in response you will pay with a card and do you have a gas station card or not? At least for the sake of decency, they apologized, or asked if I broke down, and suddenly I hit my head and get behind the wheel with a TBI. I got the impression that the employees have a zone of responsibility only behind the cash register, and the rest of the gas station territory does not concern them. I just feel terrible, painful, dirty, disgusting and my elbows and coccyx hurt!

Самая плохая заправка в этой сети. Всегда очереди в кассу , персонал работают медленно и неохотно. Заправка газом происходит только после низкого поклона оператору! Чаще всего таксисты заправляется сами, что запрещено нормами! Неоднократно писала там жалобы, но ответы от руководства Лукойла- просто отписки ! Не рекомендую! Совсем не рекомендую! Хотя вынуждена иногда заправляться там, так как рядом с домом. Пылесос всегда работает один, второй поломан…Но, есть окошко страхования с прекрасным агентом Галиной. Вот ее рекомендую от чистого сердца!

Хорошая АЗС, проблем никогда не было. Персонал вежливый, ассортимент товаров радует. Расположение очень удобное, несколько выездов. Временами не работает компрессор.

I am constantly faced with the dissatisfaction of employees when refueling with gas. Demonstrative refueling of them. They do not open the lid themselves and do not close it. They say it's not their responsibility (I probably didn't ask). There are never any problems with this at other gas stations. I've been driving gas for 3 years. Only here it happens all the time.

Отличная заправка и находится очень близко к центру, удобное местоположение. Можно заправиться пропаном. Приятный обслуживающий персонал, всегда подскажут и помогут при необходимости.

Тут мне везет на отсутствие очередей. Персонал четкий. Особое обожание за сотый бензин. Нигде, кроме Лукойла, не встречал в Беларуси.
