I stopped refueling at Lukoil because of the loyalty program. I work on commercial transport and refuel every day. Refueling for a month is 1500 rubles! Not a little, right?) Considering such amounts, I would have been a VIP and accumulated points in a month or two. But no, I also have to take an astronomical amount of related goods!! I already took the goods regularly, for about 50-100 rubles a month. But!! Even this is not enough to switch from bronze to silver)) In a word, not a "Loyalty Program", but everything is disloyal. I switched to competitors, it's easier there. 1 liter - 5 kopecks of live discount at once. Not points, not to accumulate, but immediately.
There are no complaints about the quality of the fuel.

I got a promotional card. I refueled and scored points. I think a class now has a 3 cop discount on each ball from the next gas station. But no. First of all, if you don't tell me yourself... And the discount on the card? No one will offer you a discount, as usual in stores.. Secondly, they are long and tedious to clarify... Is the card registered? I'm asking... And what do you not see when you use it? Silence... And then I speak for myself.. Yes, it is registered. Thirdly, in order to remove the fuel discount, you still need to buy something from related products. And this reduces the discount amount. So that's how it is.

Because at this time, the driver of this car is drinking tea at the cash register and waiting for the sausage to be warmed up. And only after drinking tea, eating a sausage, the driver gets out , refuels and drives the car away from the column) . After that, you adjust your car, insert the gun and go to the checkout. And already there you are waiting in line while the cashiers prepare coffee and warm sausages! All this takes a lot of time (in general, if you value your time and you only need to fill up the gasoline , then it 's better to go somewhere else . But if you want to drink tea, eat sausages and have a nice time chatting with the cashier, then come here! I will definitely come to this gas station when I retire, the children will grow up and leave . The result is not a lot of cars, but you have to wait a long time.
