Disgusting staff at the gas station. My husband went to pay for the fuel, I stayed in the car. Suddenly an employee flies up
Yuri and with all his might rips the filling hose out of our car and inserts it into another car on the next column. After refueling someone else's car, the employee, as if nothing had happened, hung the hose back on the pump and was about to leave.I made a remark to him that the hose had to be put back in my car, to which the employee replied to me, "Well, since you can't do it yourself, then I'll put it on." I made another remark to him that you can't communicate like that. He replied, "Why are you so angry?". Next, I went to the gas station store in order to write a complaint, where it turned out that the employee also did not warn my husband that he would carry out the actions described above with a hose and refueling someone else's car. Then the employee began to claim that he had done everything right, and I, with my emotions, only prevented him from working. His smile and demeanor clearly indicated that he knew perfectly well that he would go unpunished. Writing a complaint also caused only his smile, which says a lot. In general, if you don't want to spoil your mood, avoid this gas station.

I drank coffee at about the same price in Minsk on Zybitsky (it was 8p there). They went crazy about the prices. Teboil oil is 200+ rubles and differs from the price in the online store.
Oh yes, today, on 19.08 at about 21:34, there was a calculation when buying diesel fuel for 3 rubles. I made a remark - we found a shortage. No one even apologized. They work beautifully!)

As for me, the best gas station in Mogilev, as soon as the car appeared, I immediately started refueling only here (and it's been almost 4 years) the staff is kind and friendly at any time of the day (checked 😄), the fuel quality is better than at other gas stations, diesel is so accurate, the discount program is also very good.

For a long time, this gas station pleased me, until a certain Yuri Chukov started working there.

I didn't want to delay the queue and just asked for a complaint book. I painted everything in detail there so that they would somehow influence this strange comrade.
And I had already forgotten about this situation, but I recently received a reply letter from Lukoil, where they say that everything is fine, their employee is handsome and like go to the forest.
Dear Lukoil, teach your employees customer orientation. Otherwise, they will always work at your gas station without a gram of development.

After winter diesel fuel from Belorusneft gas stations froze in cars in the winter of 2020-21 in mild frosts, I made a fundamental decision to go to Lukoil. Yes. There are fewer gas stations. Yes. I have to drive. But according to the stability of the proposed fuel, Lukoil is the best option in our region.
