We went to a restaurant here a long time ago. It was a lovely, cozy place. In April 2025, we decided to go to the sauna here for the first time without looking, we were sure that everything would be fine in such a place. Alas, the Lukomorye have sunk to the bottom. So, in order.
First of all, the staff is probably recruiting just anyone right now - the receptionist obviously wasn't told how to communicate with the guests. Communication at the level of aunts from the registry office in the city polyclinic. In addition, we said that this was our first time in the sauna and they didn't even bother to take us and show us everything. They said, "There's a two-story house over there, this is your bathhouse, go there."
Secondly, the condition of the steam room and the pool. The steam room itself is in disrepair. The stove with stones is not protected by anything (which hardly meets safety standards); the masonry around the stove is falling apart; the lower bench is broken and shaky, which is also not very safe; part of the boards is missing from the inside of the steam room door and nails are just sticking out (thanks for the cut finger). The pool is generally a fairy tale, it smells and looks like something between sewage and urine. The walls and stairs are all in a raid.
Thirdly, thirdly, the general condition of the room is like in a country house, where it has not been cleaned or repaired for a long time. Towels look more like rags for mopping floors, there is no hair dryer, there are no hats, a broom for 500 rubles falls apart. In the lounge area there is a sofa with burns and spots, the bed linen is also stained.
I am attaching a photo of the above. I hope my review will help someone avoid spoiling their vacation.
We recently visited this institution for a friend's birthday celebration. I think the most basic thing in such establishments is the kitchen. But unfortunately, it turned out to be just terrible, and it affected all directions, both cold appetizers (salads) and the barbecue menu, just darkness, herring without bones, Caesar with a kholturny sauce, over-salted and dry lula, shish kebab is terrible, and this applies to every dish. The negativity from the kitchen is complete, a complete hack.
The service is average, sometimes they remembered about us. Hygiene is on the level, there are no questions, the territory is cleaned. In general, it is clearly not worth its prices, the kitchen must be driven to some kind of shawarma on the outskirts of the city. It's not surprising that the place was empty on the weekend. In the near future, I recommend looking for a more suitable place for events and recreation.
The review is only about the bathhouse.
As for the main thing - the bathhouse and the font - everything is fine. As for the little things, everything is so-so.
1. When we arrived, the bathhouse was relatively cold, the font was filled a little more than half. That is, it took another half hour to put everything in order.
2. There are towels, but they are probably 20 years old, some look like old rags.
3. There is access to the sauna stove, but there is some kind of grandfather's shed with garbage, a crooked poker and an entrance across the street.
4. Brooms are sold for 700 rubles, but they can't even fix them with twine, instead they have plastic clamps that constantly slip and it seems that the broom is now falling apart.
5. There is no thermometer.
6. There are no caps.
If the price were lower, they would not pay attention to the disadvantages, but when they ask for 2 thousand per hour, you still expect a little more.
