The houses are small, but we are accommodated enough to spend the night, and for a family of three it is generally gorgeous. The territory is large, there is a place to play and relax in silence. Stable Internet connection. The sea is 150 meters away, you need to cross the road. The beach is wild, there are few people. The only disadvantage is that it is far from cafes and shops, about 1 km away

We had a rest in September 2024. The sea is 10 minutes away, the house is cozy, pastel linen, snow-white towels, the bathroom is serviceable. The shared kitchen is clean, lots of dishes, 3 stoves, the staff is polite.
I had to leave a day earlier, for family reasons, and the money was returned without any problems. I recommend. We will definitely come next year.

A quiet, peaceful place. Very helpful hosts. The kitchen has everything you need. The sea is nearby (two minutes on foot), but the beach is pebbly. There is a sandy beach not far away. It takes 10 minutes by taxi. We are coming to Lukomorye for the second time and definitely not the last)

We had a rest in Lukomorye in August -September. I have read a lot of flattering reviews, but not everything is as it is written. One of the advantages is the proximity to the sea for 5-7 minutes. Closed territory and really quiet! Which made me very happy. And another important fact is that the Ghoul is always on the territory, you can ask him to answer, and responds to any request. Thank you so much, Gulya!!! Well, there are disadvantages to it. This is because there is no kettle or cup in the house, so you just need to run to the kitchen to drink oxen. There is also an attraction in the kitchen and the table is groped from who is the first. There are 6 tables for 12 houses. And if you suddenly want to sit in the evening, then keep in mind that someone is waiting for the table, or just standing and looking into your mouth. I didn't have enough privacy for an example dinner on the veranda. And another grill, one greases the rest in the queue))) I also want to tell you, dear owners, your pets cats and dog should not be present in the kitchen and steal meat and eat from the table from plates, it's just a nightmare!!! If not Gerda, then the cats climb the tables as soon as you turn away. And it is advisable to mow the whole territory, not only where they walk, but in the middle the grass is above the knee. I'm sorry, maybe you didn't like my review, but it's honest!!!

The houses are excellent, the territory is closed, everything is thought out both in the kitchen and in the houses. Gulya is generally a very kind and responsive woman, it was very pleasant to communicate with her, there would be such staff everywhere.

We had a rest with the company in June 2023. The best location for a vacation. The sea is 150 meters away, through a path in a pine forest. The beach is wide, with small pebbles. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, there are many beautiful plants.
A shared kitchen for cooking, equipped with everything you need, thoughtfully to the smallest detail.
The houses are new. The interior is spacious, comfortable beds.
The hosts are very friendly and attentive to the guests.

We came here on vacation twice. In the summer of 22 and September 23 . Cozy houses with all amenities. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning. There is a common kitchen area. The hostess Gulnara is very attentive and responsive. To the sea 10 min. walking through the park of Pitsunda pines. To the center of Pitsuna 15 min (there are free bikes). Few people on the beach. We have been to Sirius, there is something to compare it with. Dolphins were seen every day.

How we liked to relax at this campsite!)) we stopped by from 30.07 to 09.08.23. The territory is closed, small, but very well maintained. The houses are new, with new furniture and plumbing. The bed linen and towels are fresh, snow-white! There is everything for a comfortable stay. Mini fridge, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer. Outside there is a large open kitchen with a full set of utensils. Everything is clean and in sufficient quantity! Geographically away from the city center, 15 minutes walk to the store and cafe. There are free bicycles available. To the sea is a 3-minute walk through a pine grove. Special thanks to Gula and Satya for the warm welcome and our comfortable stay! The kitchen is clean, there are always dishes and seasonings in the kitchen. There are several refrigerators, which is very convenient. The only disadvantage, for me personally, is that it is far from shops and the market.

In October 2022, they purchased a 2×4 barrel bathhouse from the Lukomorye company. The delivery was inexpensive, despite the long distance. Installed comfortably. Everything is done inside. The complete set is complete, only hooked up to the power grid. We use it regularly, it warms up within an hour and you can steam. The water is still warm the next day. There is enough space. It smells nice of wood. We are very satisfied. No construction, no extra hassle, no garbage. As in a fairy tale, they wished and here it is the Lukomorye bathhouse! 👍👍👍. Thanks to the company.

The houses are spacious, bright, comfortable beds, snow-white linen and towels, each house has its own bathroom with shower, each has a split system, refrigerator, smart TV,. The territory is well-groomed and cozy, palm trees, flowers, and a green lawn grow. There is a shared kitchen equipped, bicycles for guests of Lukomorye. The beach is sandy and pebbly, sparsely populated, clean. The road to it is under the pines, it is close (in fact, it is the first coastline)

We rested for 10 days in July 2022, I really liked it! We arrived late in the evening in the dark, in the rain and Said, the owner of the base met and placed. Clean houses, there is everything you need, even a hairdryer, bed linen is changed every 5 days. Shared kitchen, where everything is clean, lots of dishes, washing machine. Gulya, an employee of the base, is just great, responds to any request, tells you everything, helps. There is an Internet Wi-Fi, it is enough to sit on social networks. There is a TV in the house with the ability to watch YouTube channels, which was very pleasant. The sea is 3-5 minutes away. The beach is half empty, which I really liked.

It is very far from civilization (cafes, shops, market, etc.), in the evening you have to walk in the dark, there is no lighting. We were attacked by a dog, it was not pleasant and very unexpected. You definitely need a flashlight. The host is not very friendly and not obligatory. There are more interesting places to relax in Pitsunda.

I do not recommend this place. First of all, the owner is dishonest. On the day of our departure, he canceled the booking at the booking office without saying anything, and then began to lie to the support service that we were not there and we did not pay. It's dangerous to deal with such people. If you pay in cash, take a receipt, otherwise you won't prove it later. And it's just disgusting.
The main disadvantage is that there are many cracks under the roof in the house, the air from the street always comes, plus the house heats up from all sides in the heat, it was hot on the terrace in the afternoon, so even a constantly working air conditioner in the hottest time can not cope. It's a little easier to be in the house after an hour than outside, but it's still hot and stuffy. This is not the same as coming to relax in a cool hotel room. It's more like climbing into a tent under an awning in the sun. And it is at this time that you want to relax and hide from the heat.
It's a long way to the city center and cafes. We liked to walk, and you can take a taxi for 100 rubles. But you won't be able to get a quick snack. The furniture in the houses is the most minimalist. Kettles, dishes - all in the shared kitchen. There is only a tiny refrigerator and a hair dryer in the house. A change of linen and cleaning on the seventh day happened, you have to ask. They asked for a second key, but they didn't give it. Customer focus has not reached here yet. The price tag is too high. This is still a very low-cost level. It's better to take a little more expensive, but a normal hotel.
Positive: the beautiful garden, houses and kitchen are nicely decorated, a large bed with a normal mattress. It's close to the sea. It was quite quiet on the territory all the days.
