But it's easy to make a reservation, calls are answered. In general, it's not a problem. The interior is calm, the music is pleasant. Good hoods, despite the fact that hookah is smoked there, it does not interfere with non-smoking tables. The smoke does not reach. The price tag is slightly above average. But the atmosphere and service are worth it. I've been there several times, and I've always left tips because I want to celebrate the work of the staff, not because it's customary.

My favorite place to meet friends! Cozy, warm and delicious! The staff is wonderful! When I went in with my girlfriend and the kids for an hour, all the tables were booked. But the sweet girl made concessions to us and let us sit at the table) Kids don't need much time) And by the way, they cook the most delicious caesar with shrimp in the city here.

We ordered steaks, one with beans and cherry tomatoes, the other with potatoes and lettuce. The steaks were great, and I really liked the secret sauce for the salad (they told us what kind of sauce it was). We also ordered a shrimp salad and it was just as good! Wi-fi is not working. The password was entered, the network was connected, but there is no Internet connection. The receptionist and the waiter said that everything was working at the entrance, supposedly the walls were jamming the signal. However, the wi-fi signal from the router is excellent - 3-4 sticks. The waiter said he would reboot the modem. Of course, no one has ever rebooted anything. We sat there all evening, as if on a desert island. When it came to the menu, it turned out that there was no beer at all, and no mint for tea either. It's not serious!

We celebrated my husband's birthday here. One of the disadvantages: the meat was dry in the hot, and some of the guests did not receive it (they were forgotten about). The alcohol stoppers were not removed and they accumulated on our table, as well as used napkins. There was no ice for alcohol, and the juice is not stored in the refrigerator and, accordingly, it is also warm.
On the plus side: the interior is nice, I liked the hookah. If the company is good, then the rest remains on the 2nd plan.

We have been ordering food with my husband home for a couple of years now and every time they bring incredibly delicious, beautifully, neatly decorated dishes. We've tried almost everything. Today, for example, we ordered beef tartare, just the most delicate combination of all the ingredients, in the right proportions, simply cannot be compared with other tartars that we have tried. Pork steak is, as always, the softest and juiciest, it feels like it's been marinated, I just love it! And the sauce is also wonderful and the potatoes are great... In general, we feel happy when we eat it, thank you!

We visited the restobar Luna today. We've been to this place many times. The impressions were the best: pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, friendly staff. But after this visit, the desire to visit this place disappeared in principle.
There were no problems with booking a table, which we were very happy about (Saturday). The waiter was friendly and accepted the order. But we couldn't wait for him. The wait took more than 1.5 hours. The customers who came after us (celebrating with a large company) were served by the staff before us. In general, it's a shame. I would like a different attitude. The administrator and staff should have reviewed their work, I think.

The result: a spoiled birthday, a spoiled mood for all the guests, and a search for a new institution in a blizzard and blizzard. We wanted to visit this particular place, because we really love the cuisine here, and in general the carpaccio here is the best in the city, but after this incident, the opinion is very mixed.

The hall administrator does not even know if there are available seats in the institution. A waiter with dark hair brought the order and talked to us with disdain, and her face showed her dissatisfaction with our company. A glass of water was not brought to me until I reminded myself about it (another blonde girl, very sweet and pleasant), tea, which had a lot of tea leaves, which looked like kefir, was fixed, but again with a very unhappy face. The hookah master walked to us for 25 minutes, and when he got there he couldn't offer anything, he only knew tea from the herbaceous flavors. We named the mix ourselves. Surprisingly, the hookah was pleasant, although it was carried for another 25 minutes.
And what can we say about the service if we had to call the waiter ourselves, raising our hand and holding it for a long time. Okay, if there was a workload, but the staff was calmly standing at the bar and was not busy with guests.
There was no question of tipping, but when we left, all the staff rushed off the table to check what was on the counter. Work on the staff, because everything can be much better…
