We had a rest in August 2023. I liked the hotel, modern building, comfortable rooms with a beautiful view from the window, three swimming pools, one of which with slides, well-groomed clean area, decent food, well-groomed beach.
But there are also unpleasant moments:
- there is a persistent smell of dampness in the bathroom, the constantly turned on hood does not help;
- the complete lack of knowledge of the Russian language among the staff;
- there are no master classes for children and adults in Russian;
- there are 80% Germans in the hotel, the staff is sharpened for them, there is slight disregard for Russian speakers;
- the beach of the hotel is next to the river, so the water in the sea is cool, I had to go swimming on the beaches of other hotels.

A cool beautiful hotel! Clean, well maintained. There is an indoor pool, we were at the end of April, swam all the time in the indoor one. The food is very tasty, lots of fruits. Good animation, the children liked it. Cars take you to the beach, but you can also walk, clean beach, you can see big turtles in the river. In front of the hotel there is a shopping center and there is a mcduck and a shop with Turkish sweets, a good shop.

This is my Paradise!!!! This is the best hotel to sit in. Everything is a five plus. The staff is great! Food is an object! Cleanliness and comfort! The territory is not large, but it is enough to spend extra calories, of course, there is not enough space for children.. The rooms are great. The beach is clean sand, constant maintenance of cleanliness and order. Five plus points!!!! I love you, Luna Blanca!!!

A great hotel! Especially when everything is on. Very tasty food and most importantly a large selection. Not bad service. There is a lot of entertainment, starting from the pool, ending with evening programs.

We had a rest at the end of June 2022.
The hotel is wonderful.
Well-groomed territory , delicious food ( meat , fish , seafood , confectionery ) you will not stay hungry . Delicious cocktails at the bar.
The animation is unobtrusive during the day : darts , aqua aerobics, a children 's room , a show in the evening , different every day 🔥
There is a children's pool, playground, which is a plus for families with children
Friendly , smiling staff : animators , waiters , shop staff at the hotel , photographers .
We rested for 12 days , it was not enough for us .
This is not the first time in Turkey, we always choose good A's .. Luna Blanka at the highest level

We had a rest in the middle of July 2022. We liked everything 😊 The food is varied and fresh, cooked deliciously 😋 The staff is friendly and friendly, clean everywhere. The territory is small, but wonderful! The room cleaning is great! A variety of food, there was plenty to choose from. Friendly staff.Cleaning every day.The advantages are also in the territorial location . The hotel is located next to a bus stop. You can go for a walk in Side and in the shopping center, where there are chain stores.

We were in September 2023. One of the advantages is the sea. A gentle entrance, sand, however, there was no calm during our vacation, but it did not bother us. A modern, stylish hotel, with good sound insulation, the rooms are decent. One of the disadvantages is food. A lot of things, but almost everything is not tasty. They can't cook. Cocktails at the vitamin bar are paid, the game room is paid, and it's ultra all inclusive. Vasif Guliyev, the guide from anex tour, also distinguished himself. We immediately said that we were not interested in excursions, but the guide continued to impose them on us. When it didn't work out with the excursions, I decided to offer a "green corridor" (quick passage through passport control at the airport) it cost $ 150 for two, we refused. In sales, he used "thug" expressions, such as, "if you respect your wife, then you will purchase this service." After the refusal, the guide stopped talking to us, and on that note we left the lobby. I really spoiled the mood, we will not go with the anex tour anymore.

Once again (I won't lie, I haven't had a full 13 visits in the last 3 years) I am happy to be back here in Luna Blanca. This is an indicator of everything. The atmosphere, comfort, modern design, daily cleanliness and, most importantly, kindness and empathetic responsiveness to every tourist. The staff, from maids and gardeners, cleaners and middle managers to the client department and the management of the hotel as a whole, is aerobatics. Prompt assistance and support for any request and wish. This year, the new design of the pool bar, now bad weather with rain and wind in any season is not an obstacle to hide from the rain and stay in the lobby bar. The kitchen, as always, is on top. This is a separate respect for the chefs. I understand that this is a 5*. But I would safely put 7*. I have never seen such abundance and delicious food anywhere. Advice for those planning to come here - do not sit on a strict diet and exhausting sports - everything is down the drain. It will hardly be possible to resist these dishes. Meat of all kinds on the grill, fresh vegetables and fruits, national snacks and, of course, Turkish sweets. What do you need for a full rest of your brains, bodies and souls? The answer is one - visit the Luna Form. You will swim not only in the purest Mediterranean Sea, but also in the bliss, affection, and goodwill of everyone who works at this hotel. The hotel itself is good, the territory is small, but it was very convenient for me and the child, I could see him from anywhere without running after him, the food was also good, the staff is good, if you give a little tip, they will part with it. I'm giving a four only because of the guide. We had Hassan, he breeds tourists professionally, sells his excursions, almost forcing us to buy, and we also fell for it, although this is not the first time in Turkey. We took the Alakharma picnic And I took the hamam.Don't take anything from him, throw away the money. This Picnic, also called fishing, cost $ 159 for three people, they just threw them out. It totally sucks. We arrived at the hammam, we also took an additional massage, we didn't like it, there was another child with us, it was also paid for, but in fact we didn't really do anything with him, everything was put on stream, cut down quickly and more money. I wanted to download "thank you" to Hassan, but I didn't see him at the hotel anymore.

Great hotel!!!! The staff is polite and attentive. There is a Russian-speaking doctor. The rooms are cleaned every day. Russian is also well understood at the reception. The food is delicious and there is a lot. You can even go down to the restaurant at night and eat soup or sandwiches. There are small water slides for children. It's a five-minute walk to the sea, or take a delivery truck. You can also have a great meal and drink by the sea. Deck chairs are free and mattresses are distributed to them immediately after your arrival at the beach. The beach is also cleaned every day, the entrance to the sea is sandy.

The rooms are clean, beautiful, and have everything you need. Wi-Fi is free, it catches in the room.The safe is free of charge.The staff is attentive, not intrusive. There are Russian-speaking staff.There are a lot of Russians with kids in this race. Different tourists, Germans, Ukrainians, Kazakhstan, Latvia and England, also have a rest..The staff are all smiling and pleasant. I didn't really observe that German tourists are given more respect, it seemed to me that they are the same for everyone. We had a very warm welcome. We even singled out some very cool waiters.The waiters are almost all sweethearts, they try, they run like squirrels..in general, the entire staff is constantly smiling, the atmosphere is very positive. The food is delicious, the fish is every day (every day is different: perch, mackerel, salmon, tuna,dorado, trout.shrimp on a certain day..),fruits:strawberries,cherries, peaches, apples, orange, pear,melon,watermelon,nectarines,mush..ice cream, gozleme,meat,veal,turkey,chicken...in general, there is a lot of food for every taste. From entertainment animation, there is a hall near the lobby bar (lobby bar round the clock) with a piano, the girls enjoyed the game.There is a small gym. There is no barbell. Only dumbbells with a maximum of 12.5 kg. the coating there is slippery, neat. The sea and the beach are good. the best beach is Kumkoi, a wide coastline, you can walk along the shore.The bottom of the sea is flat, without rocks. There are places for the disabled on the beach, it's good. I didn't spot it on foot, but I think 5-7 minutes. By bus 2min.In the evening you can take a walk, there are many shopping malls. There are minibuses to manavgat. We signed up for the Ala kart restaurant, but have not yet visited it, we chose Italian. I think it will be delicious. I certainly expect the service to be excellent. The vacation is still going on, so far the impressions are great!!!

This is not the first time in Turkey, the hotel has impressed with its attitude and food, mussels, shrimp, lamb, 15 types of alcoholic cocktails around the clock, food everywhere, from the beach to the pastry shop. I recommend it to everyone.

I did not like the fact that it is impossible to refuse imposed services, such as an a la carte restaurant. We were in an Italian restaurant, not only did it just taste bad, but both of us started having intestinal problems the next day. They felt bad after visiting the restaurant. If there was an opportunity to abandon the intrusive ultra all inclusive service, it would be good. The alcohol is disgusting all over. Wi-Fi is completely bad and stops working when the cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuates. And I had to pay for these low-quality services, which are included in the price of the tour. The rooms are a scam, they give a room with a good view from the window only for an additional fee. The hotel is not worth the money paid for the trip. From the good sea, the beach. In the pools at night, some guy throws something smelling of bleach with his hands, I saw it personally.
