I was attracted by a very beautiful and understandable website, and later a pleasant Instagram with positive reviews. That's all. Apparently the reviews there are not entirely honest, because the reviews here are much worse.
The order was made "today for tomorrow", where a checkmark was placed next to "Call and confirm the order", the amount with which the courier had to give change was indicated.
As a result, the call was not received. And after an hour and a half (how they managed to cook dinner for 7 people in such a short time remains a mystery), the call: "Hello, this is the courier and I'm downstairs." To which the answer was given that the order was made for tomorrow. The courier promised to deal with it.
And even after that, there was no call from the delivery service. It is unclear what to expect.
I had to call myself. I didn't get through the first time. They said to wait for delivery on time tomorrow, everything is fine.
But that was not
the case, the delivery was 1 hour late, 3 items were not brought, which were then delivered 30 minutes later on my call. The courier had no change, with the amount I specified in the order. No discounts or apologies. Although I said on the phone that I was waiting for a discount.
Couriers are arrogant and unpleasant, they do not deliver to the door, because they do not understand where to go, although everything is very simple, this is not an office, but a detached building. I had to go to the parking lot for lunch.
On the other side of the wire, there are not very tactful people who do not get into the situation in any way and are not going to change anything or apologize.
At the same time, the cost of the dishes is higher than the average for the market. That's why I ordered there so that everything was exactly at the highest level, and also pre-ordered "today for tomorrow" in order to get the food on time.
As for the food, some of the dishes were not bad, but cold. The mashed potatoes with the meatballs came with sour mashed potatoes. One egg slice and three thin slices of chicken were put into the caesar salad, the whole bowl is filled with salad.
I will never order food here again.
Apparently, they invested in this company only in advertising.
And also in front of colleagues, for whom I ordered lunch, it is inconvenient.
1. Food is delivered either lukewarm or cold (this is critical for an office without a microwave).
2. Never delivered on time or + 15 minutes, as stated on the website. Stable delay of 30-60 minutes.
3. The courier, when asked about the reasons for the delay and the temperature of the dish, laughed and replied that no one would bring you hot food, and they say it's generally the same everywhere.
4. Such a high rating solely for the fact that the dishes were quite tasty. But even so, they brought a soured Pho Bo once.
We ordered 2 times and unfortunately received 1 meal after 1 hour 40 minutes, and the second time after 1 hour 50 minutes. The support staff does not inform you in advance that the delivery is delayed.
We are all human beings and we understand that there is an increased demand at lunch, but we can indicate this, since we ordered even at a certain time and still the courier was late. The food is very tasty, but cold.
Instead of words. In the photo, the most delicate "puree" with meatballs in tomato sauce.
Besides the fact that all the food was stale, and the potatoes were almost sour, they were also cold! Guys, it's really bad, at least they threw it in the microwave, honestly.
The meatballs are made of stone, the amount of sauce as a dressing is zero.
10 rubles is quite inexpensive, but it's for food, not for these slops.
I read the reviews and am horrified... There are so many negative ones. I've only ordered delivery through Yandex twice. I was thrilled both times. The prices are sooo affordable, it seems to me, and everything is delicious. And the drinks are great, there's not much sugar. In short, I like everything.

I have not encountered the problems listed in other reviews. The food is delicious, like homemade! Good prices, packaging. Calories are calculated. A large selection. The couriers are polite. I use it often, I am very satisfied. The only point with the delivery time, when ordering, you don't know exactly when it will arrive. Maybe in an hour, maybe in three. The food can be hot or cold. Since I work from home, it doesn't bother me. You've warmed up and you're enjoying it! Plus, the order status display has been added to the site. But if someone orders to the office in time, then of course it can be a problem. Personally, as I said, I like everything. They help me out with my unwillingness to mess with cooking. Thank you!

We ordered it at the office, the address in the green zone. Instead of the 90 minutes stated on the website, the order was carried for 2 and a half hours.
They gave me a second chance, ordered again, because everything happens. The order was delivered to the same address in the green zone for almost 3 hours.
