Very unique and interesting place. Tasty food, creative interior with many relics. Very green and comfortable garden. We tried their ajarski khachapuri and their famous gata. Both are great. They also have a museum with many historical artifacts. I recommend this place to everyone.
An unusually atmospheric place, national interiors, everything around literally breathes beauty and style. Our women's group had a photo shoot here in national Armenian costumes. The stylist's attitude was careful, her creative look so decorated every girl that we came out happy, filled, confident in our beauty and strength. The cafe is cozy, beautiful and delicious, I don't want to leave them! I recommend it to everyone!
Yesterday the whole family visited the museum. Here is the history of Armenia, the history of national costume, everyday life, traditions, and art. Interestingly, several directions are combined within the walls of this museum. And if you want to get to know Armenia better, then come here. A wonderful guide told us everything, showed us and answered all our questions. The peculiarity of the museum is that it is alive. Certain exhibits can not only be admired, but also touched!
Thanks to the friends who recommended this museum! I was delighted! I really love such museums where life is felt! Very cozy and delicious cafe! Be sure to take a tour, in such places just walking and looking is not very interesting, it is much more interesting to learn about the residents of the house and feel the atmosphere of the house!
A very interesting museum, there is something to see, national clothes of different times, jewelry, embroidery, carpets, dishes, furniture! There is a master class on baking a national flatbread - gata. There is a cafe where you can have coffee and a snack. I recommend going to the museum!
the museum is simply amazing: paintings, dolls, outfits - the incredible hostess of the house continues to live in everything. it is very impressive with what care and love the staff preserves the history, how they are inspired by what they do, and how they inspire the guests of the museum. keep it up !
I came here like in a cafe. Very cozy, delicious. It is a special feeling to sit under figs, drink coffee and contemplate beauty. Of course, you need to visit the museum with an excursion separately. The house itself is worth it. I will definitely come back
An authentic place with real exhibits from the life of an Armenian family. The paintings of the artist are fascinating, the author's writing style is interesting, reflecting her character. Be sure to take a guide for the tour, without him you will pass by a lot of interesting facts and fascinating moments from the life of L. Aguletsi.
And, of course, I recommend visiting the cafe: it is very pleasant to sit in the shade of the trees of the home garden and appreciate the delicious cuisine!
This is simply the best museum in Yerevan, where I take all my guests. I've been there ten times already and I'll be there as many more. It's just a house filled with Armenian culture to the very core. You will like it!
I even celebrated their birthday with a guided tour, a master class and dinner. And the restaurant, by the way, has a great menu with national dishes and an excellent wine list.
And you can also rent a national costume and take pictures in the interiors of the museum.
In general, it is a treasure, not a museum. Be sure to go!
Dear friends!
If you want to visit a beautiful Armenian family, where there is everything - and the amazing spirit of antiquity that permeates everything in this place, incredible outfits and jewelry, outlandish dishes, the architecture of this house itself, paintings painted by the hostess herself and much more.... You just need to visit this house, museum, and Art Cafe at the same time. Here you really forget that you live at another time, it seems that the benevolent hosts are about to come out to meet you and offer you a cup of coffee ....
Crossing the threshold of this house, you really get into a Fairy Tale where the atmosphere of comfort, history, creativity reigns through the prism of museum exhibits. Guides try to tell and show, everything is very interesting! You can eat, and just sit and dream. The landscape is the most unusual, believe me!
I can tell you a lot about this amazing place, but the main thing is, when coming, be sure to plan and visit it!!!
And then you can say that you have felt the SPIRIT of Armenia
Good luck to everyone, have a good rest and unforgettable impressions.
A wonderful top-1 museum in Yerevan to visit! Lovingly collected collections of various household items, paintings painted by the hostess of the house, personal belongings. And a very cozy cafe.
Be sure to take a guided tour)
It's a very colorful place. I definitely recommend you to visit. We took a tour there and then had lunch. The cuisine is delicious, homely. Nice quiet courtyard
A very atmospheric place is the house-museum of the famous artist. The house itself is an old one, with an inner courtyard, around an old tree, where you can drink coffee at tables. The museum has a large number of Armenian antiquities, costumes of the artist, her works and sculptures of her husband. We recommend you to visit. In spring and summer it is especially atmospheric.
One of the most interesting museums I've been to! A huge collection of jewelry, tableware and art objects.
And there are also various master classes - for example, we prepared gata.
I highly recommend it. The house is a museum of an original, talented person. Not boring, not dry. Very soulful, authentic. It's better with a guided tour. In the end, I recommend having a coffee or lunch here. It seems to me that this is the best museum in Yerevan.
Imagine that you were invited to the home of a magnificent artist, sculptor, collector of antiquities and interesting artifacts, jewelry, furniture, creator of national costumes, you were led through the rooms, given to see, touch something, then put in a room with a fireplace, offered a glass of wine, and incredibly tasty food. This is the best "museum" of all possible museums, since it is not a museum! This is a house with a soul, which is so cherished by the beautiful descendants of Lusik Aguletsi, and they give pieces of this soul to their visitors.
This is just a magical place, a private collection, a place where you want to stay longer, very hospitable, we came before the opening, we were treated to freshly brewed coffee, thank you very much, we conducted a tour, allowed to warm up by the fireplace, the most sincere thanks and best wishes.

An incredibly soulful place! The museum itself, the family history, a master class for children on making ghats - all this left the most pleasant impressions! There was no food in the cafe, but the menu is very plentiful and a pleasant eating area. It is important-take a tour, because there are many interesting facts, even the children listened with interest!
From the wishes to the staff, offer master classes, we learned about their availability from friends and asked to conduct them ourselves.
Prosperity!
We were here in the summer on the recommendation. A house museum in the middle of the private sector. We found it on the navigator.
It's nice and cozy inside. If you don't mind the money, it's better with a guide, because he will tell you the subtleties. The exposition consists of household items and an exhibition of works.
A pleasant end to viewing the exposition was a cafe located in the courtyard of the house. Unusual menu, home cooking at affordable prices. I remember the tarhun drink, an incredible taste. Nice, polite waitress.
When visiting such places, you involuntarily think about how we were created. Someone can create beautiful things. And someone to experience the pleasure of contemplating these creations.
I was here in December and of course, I forgot to write a review right away. This is one of the warmest, most atmospheric places I've been lucky enough to visit! I have it forever warmed in my heart next to other places of my beloved Armenia. Thank you!
I really liked it , I've never been there. I visited the museum with the guides , it 's more interesting and understandable . It is located in the city , quiet and peaceful environment . And insanely delicious Gata - although I'm not a fan ☺️
We went with the class, you can go once, but you can't touch anything, you can't speak loudly to the children either. The children made a gat, put numbers, in the end, they mixed everything up and brought someone else's. So-so impression. They didn't offer to eat, or there is no buffet... The children are going back hungry.
An interesting museum where you can touch the exhibits with your hands.
Right in the museum there is a cafe where you can taste national desserts, which are not often found in Yerevan establishments.
A pleasant place. The house of Lusik Agulesi is filled with old and sometimes exotic things that give a reason to immerse yourself in the history of the traditions of Armenia. It probably won't be so interesting without a tour, since there is little textual information. There is a tiny cafe in the house on the second floor.
I did a photo session with my daughter in this museum. I clarified the rental price in advance by phone and whether there are outfits for children of 3 years old, they said that there are. Upon arrival, it turned out that the rental price is completely different, an order of magnitude higher and there are no children's costumes, somehow they found one dress and a black caftan.
This is the best museum where you want to stay longer! The life and collection of a large family that preserves the heritage of the Armenian people. Inside there is a delicious cafe and a romantic garden
A wonderful place, I advise all tourists to visit! It is with an excursion. The girl tells a very interesting story. There are also sweets and coffee - they are incomparable.
