Renting a Toyota Camry car in 2020 from IP Tratsevsky AA for 4 days left negative impressions. By phone, they indicated one price and the time of delivery of the car, but in fact the price turned out to be higher, and the provision of the car was postponed several times. Due to the lack of time to find another car rental option, I had to agree with the price and late delivery. It was unpleasant to be confronted with the fact that there was a couple of km of fuel left. (before the first refueling). In addition, the washer was empty, the car inside was not cleaned after the previous lease. During the use of the car, the remote control constantly failed and there were difficulties opening the doors and starting the engine. On the 3rd day of the lease, due to changes in the weather, I decided to pour water into the washer, but faced the problem of not being able to close the hood. I was forced to return to the sole proprietor's office, where they promised to quickly fix the problem. However, the specialist confirmed the long repair. As a result, I was offered to provide another car in 15 minutes, after which the delivery was extended for another 40 minutes. All plans were disrupted, so I had to abandon the further lease. The refund was partially made in the amount of one day, although in fact they should have returned it in 1.5 days with a bunch of negative emotions from the entrepreneur, realizing that I had become a hostage to the situation. The service is disgusting. In the future, I will never use the services of IP Tratsevsky A.A. and I do not recommend it to anyone.
