I bought laminate flooring here. Maria, the consultant, was polite, and she picked up what we needed well. A nice bonus was the free styling.
The day before the specified installation date, the master called to coordinate the time, and also told in detail what needed to be purchased for the joint with the tile. Upon arrival, the laying master Andrey put on slippers so as not to spread dirt (there was a white tile). It was unexpected for me. I did everything quickly and efficiently. I also nailed the baseboards for an additional fee. I would like to thank these employees and I will contact this store again at the next repair and advise others.

The master Valentin worked. A tactful and pleasant person to talk to. It was a pleasure to watch his professional and incredibly fast work. More than 60 squares were laid in a record 4 hours.

The order was placed quickly, delivered clearly within the agreed time frame. The master arrived at the appointed time and did his job efficiently, even additionally installed skirting boards and thresholds for a cheap price.

An interesting organization. At first, there was only a positive impression: everything was told, shown, and given good advice. We agreed on the measurement in a few days. On the agreed day, no one showed up, they promised to come the next day to the message when they were waiting. However, 20 days have passed since that moment, and as you guessed, there was no measurer or at least no call to postpone the measurement. The order is not small, almost 40 squares, so it was hardly not interesting. By the way, competitors have already brought and laid the laminate. And for a week now we have been rejoicing at the result. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you think before starting cooperation with this organization, especially if you need to do it within a certain period of time. Thank you for your attention)

The store has completely deteriorated, it is impossible to order laminate flooring, after a week the operator says you can buy what?? And if pickup, then only on Tuesday before 5. Laying in a month is only possible. Three years ago, everything was clear in this store. We will not do any more repairs with this store. Prices are the same everywhere, and the organization of work and service is at the bottom.
