The Lamus (outbuildings) was built in 1630 and is the oldest wooden building on the territory of Belarus. Actually, this is a two-storey house with a loggia on the second floor and a gallery on the ground floor. It was built without a single nail. Very impressive. It is located on the territory of the Brigitok monastery. You need to walk along the wall from the main entrance to the left and go around the monastery, then there will be a gate made of bars with a guard's room. Tell me what you want to see. They will open it. You can make a donation. In addition, the lamus is guarded by a gentle dog.
Lamus is a wooden house without a single nail. The place was very impressive. You can visit it completely free of charge, but it is possible to make a symbolic donation for further preservation and restoration.
A very interesting place to visit. The museum is not open yet, but the exhibitions are already available. Souvenirs can be purchased. We bought a little bit of a keepsake)
An interesting place, a must-visit. Some wrote here that there was once a restaurant - apparently they confuse it with the "old lamus", which is made of stone and is located in the park. This is a wooden building. Restored. Currently, work is underway to fill the exposition. You can ring the bell and the guard will let you into the territory and allow you to see the building from the inside. Inside it smells of grain, and where the loom is assembled it smells of linen - apparently the wooden parts were soaked. The ceilings on the balcony and the stairs are assembled without a single iron nail, but there are quite enough wooden "nails" (nagels)! Souvenirs or useful handmade wooden utensils can be purchased to help.

This is an extraordinary place, in any weather, you get good photos. It is located in the courtyard of the former Brigitte Monastery. If you go from the Sovetskaya side, then turn right as soon as the white wall ends, before reaching the House of Communication. You can enter at any time by ringing the bell to the watchman. Sometimes you can run into a free guided tour from Pavel. It has not been completely improved yet, because there are not much funds and everything is being done on the volunteer enthusiasm of 2-3 people. All the exhibits of Lamus are from different villages, we will be grateful for any help and household items from villages of the last century.
It's an interesting structure, but we still haven't figured out how to get into it) and so, such a wooden structure looks very interesting against the background of a massive church.
A very beautiful place in the very center of the city. Yes, it's hard to notice. But it's worth it. Admission is free. If you have come and cannot enter, there is a utility door to the right of the gate and there is a bell. Just make a donation for the restoration. There is a shop with wooden products on site. Must-visit
An interesting building, you can walk through it for free. There is an urn for donations for those who wish. You can walk wherever you want. The building is hidden in the courtyards and we saw it quite by accident)
So far, only the outside has been examined. We did not arrive on time, because we could not find information about the rules of attendance anywhere, but they let us in, as well as in the church.
An interesting and beautiful historical monument, which is being restored and preserved by the hands of volunteers at their own expense. The guard is very friendly, he willingly shares information, he is heartbroken for this unique historical object. Do not forget to donate for restoration during the visit (you can buy a souvenir or just give money).
The Lamus is located on the territory of the monastery, there is no free access, but if you are determined to see nothing is not enough.after calling, they came out to us, found out the purpose of the visit, asked where we came from and allowed us to go and inspect everything, at the moment preparations are underway to make a museum in lyamus.
It is a very interesting place from a historical point of view. Moreover, as they say, this is the oldest wooden building in Belarus. It is worth visiting it and making a small contribution to its restoration
A monument of wooden architecture. But you will not be able to approach, examine, touch, or go inside. Restoration and repairs have been going on for ages.
I visited this building thanks to the excursion "Secrets of the city". In the dark, without light, only with a flashlight, two floors were examined. I learned the story and visited inside, took part in the quest.
An interesting structure. It is being restored by enthusiasts for their own money. To look, you need to call a guard. He also acted as a tour guide. You can buy souvenirs from him. Everything is done manually.
Beauty, it's a pity that there are no people willing to preserve it and make it interesting for tourists. The exposition can be made interesting, but it also requires funds and opportunities
It's a very cool building, it looks cool nowadays, especially almost in the city center. But it was fenced in December 2021, maybe reconstruction, so it wasn't close, we looked from a distance!👍
You can't just get into the territory of Lamus, although someone somehow manages to walk there and even do a photo shoot. If they don't let you look only over the fence. The area around Lamus is not landscaped. Apparently, no one cares
