A cozy hotel with a chic kitchen and a maze of corridors and a courtyard, however, as usual in Turkey) sunrises there as a separate kind of beauty. I didn't meet any cats, so you were crying. They love it.
The pool is chlorinated as usual. Jacuzzi with cold water. The audibility in the room is high, almost everything is audible. Beer for 12 bucks for 0.5. Snacks are not for sale.
The hot spring is wonderful. The hotel is in a picturesque location. The food is quite edible.
Nice hotel with a thermal spring (copper) temperature 42 degrees. The only thing that upset us was that on the only night when we rested (passing through) there was no hot water in the room (
A cool hotel, with a beautiful territory!
Delicious, varied food, but no drinks for dinner. Rooms with access to an outdoor balcony. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious, but the toilet door is terrible)) glass, heavy and insanely loud when opened. Also with the toilet drain, very loud)
It's a horror, not a hotel.... The rooms are dirty, the balconies have not been cleaned since autumn, and maybe more, not all sockets work, there are no mugs or glasses in the rooms, there is no refrigerator, there was no hot water when we were there... And the toilet, this is a separate topic, unfortunately they did not take a picture, they did not expect to ask our opinion.... There was no drinking water in the room... No coziness, no comfort....
We rested at the hotel for 4 days. The territory of the hotel is small, what is in it can be found in the description. The room is comfortable, 2nd floor, the window overlooked the playground. The playground is small, I would like more and it needs repair! While we were relaxing at the hotel, the tennis court was being renovated (it was really not enough to run around, play ball with a child). The cuisine is at the highest level, a large selection of dishes and everything is very tasty! There are high chairs for feeding. The staff is good, the rooms are cleaned well. Overall, the hotel is good, I advise you!
A wonderful hotel, where we have been returning for 20 years! A cozy fireplace in the lobby, a thermal pool where you can spend time in the evening admiring the stars...Pamukkale is nearby for walking around the ancient city and swimming in Cleopatra's pool (with bubbles). It's rare to find so many positive emotions in one place!! The rooms and food are decent, only drinks are not included. Come, you won't regret it!
A magnificent hotel! We spent the night there, maybe they did repairs there, but there were no flaws in the room. The atmosphere of the hotel is super European. It was as if we were in a completely different Turkey, only positive emotions with excellent service. We were in August 2022
It's not a bad hotel, but in my opinion it doesn't pull 5 stars. Especially when compared with the new hotels on the coast. The thermal spring is different than in Pamukkale proper.
The hotel is normal
-
The rooms are small, the Internet is only in the lobby
The food is not very good, there are no drinks, just coffee
+
there is a large swimming pool, a warm pool +40-42 degrees, the rooms are cleaned and they are often cleaned
I liked everything, the service was excellent, we quickly checked into the hotel, the thermal spring is wonderful.
One drawback: there is no ATM in the hotel, they wanted to buy swimsuits with a girlfriend, and the seller needed money (any). And we only have cards.
I would like to come to the hotel again!!!!!!!! THANKS
Rooms with balconies for 2 hosts, the air conditioning in the room did not work, the kettle too, there is no duvet cover, although there is a blanket. It's dirty, it smells damp and not cozy. From the balcony there is a view of another balcony and the roof.
In fact, the hotel is 4-
Yes, the food is great, but what's going on inside the rooms is a nightmare.
It's all on snot. The lanterns on the walls are hanging out, the shower is pouring from the back, the water in the pot is pouring as if by gravity, the sockets are broken, the stairs creak. In general, it's not 5 stars for sure!
