I would like to mention this institution with one star, exclusively for the chairs that did not wobble and the table that stood straight. And a musician. who did his job at 5, choosing the appropriate repertoire for the evening.
Otherwise, everything is very bad. Within a week, we made a reservation, discussed the number of people, boarding, and left a deposit. We clarified the day before the event whether everything was in force, but alas, on the day of March 7th, we found ourselves in a completely different room, namely, from the 2nd we were seated on the 1st, they did not apologize or explain what these changes were related to. The table was not set, that is, at the stated time, the delivery took place only an hour later. A terrible administrator, completely incompetent in matters of organization, I am very ashamed of such people. The cuisine leaves much to be desired, as well as the staff, the waiters are completely unaware of the menu.
Guests of our city, be vigilant. I do not recommend visiting this institution.

Sometimes the drunk audience behaves quite intrusively, although the staff tries to calm them down gently.
But you can break the routine, there are not so many places in the city.
I'll add separately: the guys sing awesome, they work perfectly, they help, they perform on request. The range is great. Respect.

I used to be at this institution more than 8 years ago. And now it happened to be recently. We went to lunch with my son. We ordered a "meat pan" and drinks.
We waited for the main course for almost an hour. As a result, after a couple of reminders that we were still here, we brought some kind of balanda, more similar in consistency to soup than to the desired dish. Roughly chopped vegetables. Half-cooked carrots. And meat in small quantities. More precisely, meat waste. I don't feed a dog like that. Non-removable veins and fat. I didn't eat. Thanks, the Pepsi Cola was delicious.
I went to complain to the cook (after I paid the full price, for some reason). The boorish aunt was smoking on the street and did not understand what was wrong with me. I told her that it was a shame to feed pigs like that, not like people.
