Friendly and helpful people work here, but unfortunately, for some reason they can't make keys. I went to this workshop five times to redo a copy of the key, but they could not make a suitable key. They also refused to return the money. The problem was definitely not in my key - on the same day in another workshop (just above Altynsarina Street) I had a copy of the key made on one try (and twice as cheap). In general, if you need to make a key, I advise you to look for another place.
Very kind and friendly staff, made a discount, the work exceeds all expectations. I will definitely go fix all the problems on bags, clothes, shoes only here.
