The diagnosis took about half an hour, they said that the necessary spare parts could not be delivered today since it was 17:00, but the next morning by 9:00, that is, they promised to bring them to the opening of the service. At 11:00 the car was repaired, I paid for spare parts without extra charge, the repair costs more than humane money. Thank you so much for the quick and high-quality repairs! More grateful customers.

In principle, it is not a bad service station. The car has been repaired more than once. It seems to be fine. Not without nuances, of course, but they do it well. For the price, it doesn't seem too expensive yet, but it's not cheap either. The middle category. In general, if someone needs to, you can safely go do it. In my experience, there is a plus that if they do not do this or that job and do not undertake to sculpt a hat, they will advise you to find or tell you where to do it.
I highly recommend not contacting this station.
The attitude towards customers is not something that is at the lowest level, but it simply does not exist.
- Carry out repairs and hand over cars without checking whether the stated malfunctions have been eliminated;
- prices for work are an order of magnitude higher than at other service stations (although it is unclear why);
- troubleshooting is generally a separate topic. There is one problem, in fact, another is diagnosed, what was diagnosed is eliminated (and whether it was necessary) and the problem is not solved. The main thing is to get money from you (customers) - I don't care about the rest at all!
- I came to repair the suspension with a knock complaint. The bill is more than a thousand rubles, the knock has not been eliminated.

It is better not to repair the variators here. They don't know how to do it. I repaired the CVT a few months ago. It was enough for a couple of months and the same symptoms. I turned to another service, disassembled, defective... It turned out that the repair in M9-auto is to change the consumables and the belt, without eliminating the causes and other defects (+ added their own jambs). As a result, even more repair of the variator is required now.
I was here for a tire repair. I've heard different reviews, but I didn't have time to look for another service. One price tag was announced on the phone, in fact it turned out to be +65% of the previously announced cost, although nothing additional was done except replacing the nipples. The check was not given. After a couple of days, I noticed that the tire was flat, but there was no desire to return. I'll look for another service next time. IMHO!
I do NOT recommend it!!! They left the car to replace the oil, as a result, the oil was drained but not filled in, the car drove without oil at all!!! Well, maybe 0.5 liters are left on the walls. The car started to twitch, thank God that it opened the lid, saw that there was no oil at all. He began to pour, and poured 4.2 liters of oil, from which it can be concluded that people either intentionally or accidentally drained the oil, but did not pour it!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!! DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!
