My alma mater. Unfortunately, higher education in Kazakhstan is at the bottom and TarSU is no exception. It's all about corruption and the unwillingness of the leadership to change anything. The main wealth of this country should be people, not oil and gas.

Low heating. It is very cold in winter. Most classrooms have very high ceilings, the room is wide and the batteries are small for such rooms.
