I filled out an application for delivery on the website, indicated the weight of the engine with a margin (weight 120 kilograms, indicated 130 kilograms just in case). The application was accepted, they called and arrived 1.5 hours later for the engine. The driver stated that the weight was over 100 kilograms and he would not be lucky. Somehow we managed to come to an agreement and he took it away, they loaded it themselves. After 2 days, the engine was supposed to be in Volkovysk. What was the surprise when the recipient called and said that the engine would not be delivered, since it is located in Minsk, the city of Volkovysk is serviced by an office in Lida, and the Lida office refuses to take a parcel weighing over 100 kilograms. I remind you that 130 kilograms were indicated in the application and it was accepted for execution, they took the amount for delivery when loading the engine in Gomel. As a result, the money was not returned, we had to go from Volkovysk to Minsk to get the engine and deliver it by our own transport. Bottom line: This is how business is done "our way".
