We placed an order for the delivery of the goods, warning them to notify us in advance of the approximate delivery time. The driver called 40 minutes before he arrived, explained that he was not at home and no one warned, and hung up in response. After 10 minutes, an SMS message came that we were not in place and we were not answering calls. They dialed 252, the girl replied that they would be brought another day, on which she said how she would be in that area, they would warn about the delivery in 40-60 minutes. Now you don't have to go to work, wait for a call from the courier. The organization of work is TERRIBLE, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Drivers are hampering, they refuse to deliver goods to the designated point for various far-fetched reasons, they delay the delivery of goods at the appointed time, which causes great inconvenience, they are not averse to receiving additional remuneration for unclear services. I will not use the services of this transport company anymore, and I do not advise others!!!
I do not recommend it!!!! The driver is rude, he refused to deliver to the agreed place! The cargo was not even left in the warehouse, but somewhere, at some sort of disassembly, where there was apparently a passing delivery. I had to go pick up myself, the cargo was given by a person who is not related to the carrier!!!!
Do not be fooled by positive feedback!!!
