When unloading, the driver was not asked to provide the loader's service, as a result of careless handling of the cargo, dropped the package and damaged the expensive goods, replied to the claim that my goods were delivered to him in even worse conditions, but he did not drop anything, but just accidentally let go of his hands. The call center offered to draw up an act on the claim, in an incomprehensible form, which the driver does not have. So-so company
Terrible service. The courier cannot deliver the parcel within 3 days (it turned out to be much more than 3 days in total). The operators themselves do not call back.
Customer focus is at zero. I had to participate in this, because I am the recipient.
I'll add it based on the results. The courier never delivered the parcel to me. The sender personally delivered my order. Either they found it, or they sewed it off again. A man from another city had to go so that I could receive the parcel.
Their operator contacted me only once, and that, apparently, after the sender called them. And then I called them repeatedly myself. They promised to call me back, they didn't call me back.
By far the best carrier within the Republic of Belarus in terms of price/quality ratio. There is also a very simple workflow, when making changes to the TTN, or replacing them, there are no penalties.
