I am a non-smoker, but I had to buy a lighter as a gift for my child. And I was very surprised when I did not find the tobacco shops we are familiar with in Baku. Yes, there are lots of cigarette stalls on the street, and there are lighters there. But this is common consumer goods. You can buy a souvenir shop in the old town, but it's also basically Chinese there. There are shops with hookahs, there are lighters, but they are quite expensive. And then, by some miracle, I managed to find out about this store. I went on purpose, it is very far from the tourist routes. I bought a lighter. For smokers who need tobacco, cigars, is also a great place.
