It's not exactly super good (4-), but believe me, there are really two-person establishments. I went to drink tea with konifashka while I was waiting for vapour))

Terrible service. The staff is impolite. He can pass by just nodding. There is no atmosphere. It is cold on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there is only a toilet and a kitchen, and on the 3rd floor it is hot. The food is tasteless. The interior is good.
