We ordered a bouquet of tulips for the holiday. They forgot about the order and sent a completely different fading bouquet at night. The next day, we waited for our bouquet, the administrator offered to send a more expensive bouquet as an apology, but in the end they sent a meager bouquet and 7 tulips, which were already stale. The flowers also had a price tag, so we overpaid for the flowers and didn't even get a nice bouquet. A hodgepodge , not a floral arrangement
