Today /07/15/2024/ I bought "lard at home" in this store.
It looked normal, but it was wrapped in food wrap, the price is slightly lower than some average, but also not very low: 17 rubles. 64 kopecks per 1 kg.,
The seller cut off a piece of this lard, I paid, and when I unwrapped it at home, I was just horrified: this piece of lard was made of two pieces - one on one.
By themselves, these pieces are about a centimeter and a half thick, but folded together (one on one) in a film - you can't really make out, it looks normal, as if lard with a layer, well, not really thick, but not thin either.
Moreover, it tastes so salty, with such an overkill, that there are doubts about the shelf life and freshness of the original pieces of pork, from which this fat was made in Dorors.
In general, they sell this lard - DELIBERATELY MISLEADING PEOPLE by the very appearance of the lard.
People, be vigilant!
