It's not the first time this particular store has had disgusting service. Rather, it is completely absent.
I went into an empty store, all 3 sellers were standing at the checkout and chatting with each other. We didn't greet each other cornyly, I wait a minute - no one comes up.
One got up and approached a new man who had just entered, who immediately went to the gold.
To the question "will someone come to me?" she smiled with 32 teeth and walked on.
Okay, I got the service done. When asked about the movement of goods, they were deceived by saying that no movements are made during the holidays, which is a lie. They quietly made it in another store!
Once again, I am completely disappointed in this particular store, in these consultants.
I ask the founders of 7 carat to visit this particular store repeatedly with high-quality inspections!

I want to thank the store in Minsk at 104 Dzerzhinsky Ave., Titan shopping center. A beautiful, cozy, convenient store. But the main thing is the kindest employees, with incredible care for the client.
The seller Elena helped me with the choice of a ring.
But I especially thank the seller Kristina. 🤗 She even helped me with the choice of earrings on her day off. She advised me on the type of face, the price, and selected it for my wardrobe.
Even the manager was personally involved in servicing me. 🙏

I bought a piece of jewelry, a chain and a pendant, in a store at 104 Dzerzhinsky Ave. But when choosing, I did not receive professional advice and as a result bought products that are not compatible with each other in weight, which will damage the chain during operation. Jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned, and accordingly, no one will reimburse the damage caused by the fault of an incompetent consultant. I do not recommend contacting this store.
