We contacted my husband about buying a Hitachi refrigerator in the Europa store on Krasnoznamennaya 12.03.2024. There are no complaints about the refrigerator, it's good. The store manager said he would talk to the movers about the delivery. The refrigerator is quite large, the width of the door allows you to bring it in, but removing the cardboard, under our responsibility. The movers refused, although we asked them to take us to the apartment, then we would have done it ourselves. The manager said, I'm sorry, but we won't take you, even to the apartment. I called the 750 number of the same store, but at a different address. The girl promised to find out about the delivery and call back. After 45 minutes, we called back ourselves, again we were told that they would call back and silence to this day. As a result, we bought such a refrigerator in another X-tel store. The delivery was within 2 hours.It was brought in a package, no problem. Customer service in the Europe store is at the lowest level. They do not value customers and are not interested in sales. The owner should think about why employees who do not make a profit are needed.
