According to the seller: the conclusion has come that the motherboard is defective, the battery is defective. Even with this conclusion, it's not the parents' fault – they pull, they don't want to give either money or a new phone. The exact dates are not given. For the money of pensioners paid for a new phone, they want to hand over apparently not a new one. I don't recommend this store to anyone, you won't have any problems!
