Finally I earned it- I saved up for an apartment in Brest . Since I have never been faced with buying a home, I decided to contact an agency. I started choosing "OK GOOGLE". Well, I went to the first one that came across. I 've arrived! They "HUGGED ME HARD" showed me something on the computer, offered me something, wrote down my data, how much I wanted to spend and told me to wait for a call. I've been waiting for two weeks! the incomprehensible calls clarifying the data they had were just a reminder of themselves. I did not wait, turned to another promoted one (I heard an advertisement in a taxi) the same situation!!! I started to "whine" about the situation to my friends from Brest, they advised the Apartment Store agency. I called, I was invited to the office, well, I think again:( ! I was amazed at how much people can treat their work with warmth and reverence!!!! The director met, explained what they can and what they can't , without hiding anything. As it turned out, they can do ANYTHING!!! He handed me over to his specialist. My agent Maria turned out to be a very competent, punctual, knowledgeable specialist!!! Within 30-40 minutes, she picked up options for me (compared to competitors, there is a very large selection), surprised by questions about the promotion of children, hobbies. I didn't understand why at first :) The next day, we agreed with Maria to look at 3 options. Maria met, showed the yard, parking, it would seem such little things that I didn't even think about, for example lighting, cameras, even the barrier-free "environment" was taken into account since we constantly use a baby stroller, further more!!! In the apartment, my wife and I just "opened our mouths" from Maria's knowledge!!! I told you about EVERYTHING! From wiring to fittings in double-glazed windows. I advised the options for the location of the walls so that the apartment has a free layout and in such a way that there would be a good saturation of the rooms with acid code, AS YOU LIKE!!! . My family liked the apartment and we decided to buy it, but then Maria cheated again. She said that it was necessary to compare the choice with something and persuaded me to go to two more options to see. As a result, we bought the first one!!
