I try to avoid the Sunny store, the sellers have repeatedly cheated here, while they do not give a receipt.But since it is within walking distance, I mostly go for bread. So today, on 05/3/2024, there are two sellers in the store, a student and a senior seller. I was served by an art.seller for half a loaf of hearth and a loaf, she punched 3.49 rubles. (as for a full loaf). Of course, she didn't give me the check. At home, I saw on my phone how much it had struck. When I returned, the seller instead of "sorry" accused me that I allegedly held the bread so that she thought it was a whole loaf. It's a good excuse, isn't it! They have an answer for all cases. Even earlier, when another one was working, she punched the amount at the checkout and did not tear off the check for the buyer, and to the next buyer (if the product was for a smaller amount), she gave out the check to the previous buyer and again there were excuses - she forgot to tear off the check on the machine and punched again. But after all, my product, it turns out, was not punched at the checkout, since they issued a pre-receipt. Yes, by the way, the checks are punched with the total amount, which is also unacceptable. I would like to ask the owner of the store - where does she find such sellers?! There is a mini-market store nearby, I have never noticed deception and the checks are punched correctly in separate positions and the prices are normal, not as overpriced as in the Sun. Here, it's boiling over!

I was cleaning my jacket pocket and found the receipt. Two positions have been punched and the time on the receipt does not match the actual sale. The seller is very smart or the policy of the management. It's a small thing, not pleasant.

As a rule, two sellers work in shifts in this store. The older saleswoman tries to be polite and adequately contacts the customer. The same one who is younger (if I knew what his name was, I would definitely write here) she probably forgot her throne at home, or it just doesn't fit into the small room of the store. This seller simply requires urgent and very deep training in the culture of communication with the client. Unfortunately, with all his appearance, gestures and sometimes deigns to use words, he shows his disgust to clients. And, thus, causes corresponding reciprocal feelings. By the way, the product in the store is very good. Fresh warm bread is especially pleasing every morning.
