But still, the bouquet was taken away, they agreed to exchange it for roses, commensurate with the cost of the previous bouquet. But it is no longer pleasant, first from the bouquet, and then from the proof that you are not to blame, and this stall, in particular its owner, does not comply with the rules of sale. Article 20 of Law No. 90-3 ("On Consumer Protection"). According to the first point, during the sale of flowers of inadequate quality, if their defects were not specified by the seller, the consumer has the right, at his choice, to demand replacement of substandard goods or a proportionate reduction in its purchase price!
In addition, the buyer may terminate the retail sale agreement and insist on a refund of the amount paid - in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 27 of the said law.
