We were sitting at the children's hall, everything went well until we were kicked out of the session during the credits, although there was a scene after the credits in the film. Thanks! I had to search for the scene on the Internet, even though we were paying for the whole movie. All the impressions of the film were spoiled
The VIP room is just super, the quality of the films is excellent, the cinema is super, there are no words. There would be more such cinemas in the city, in particular the chairs are super, they are adjustable in every way, you can watch lying down)))
A good place to walk. I like the way street photographers capture footage. You can take a walk and get professional photos at a nice price. The main thing is not to forget to bargain)
We were at the session at 11:20 a.m. "Ant-Man" today.
- There was no one at the entrance to Hall No. 1.
- no one checked the tickets (and there were four of us)
- the film was in 3D, but since there was no one at the entrance, no one offered glasses - we had to take them ourselves (but not immediately). They were lying in a pile near the entrance. There were no cleaning disposable wipes next to them. The glasses were unclean (without packaging, just lying in a pile)
- when the employee did come up, several 3D glasses fell to the floor. Without cleaning them in any way, the cinema employee handed them over to the children
- the movie started at 11:20. At 11:15, for some reason, the lights were completely turned off in the hall and the visitors lit their way with a flashlight phone
We watched films in halls 3 and 4. Hall 3 is the best, and in general, the picture quality in all the halls is at the highest level, I have not seen cinemas of such quality yet. The sound is high-quality stereo. The chairs are comfortable, but there is almost not enough room for the legs (strictly my opinion). Service, atmosphere, cleanliness at the level

The cinema itself is a solid four, it's not very bad for Tashkent. Not IMAX, but you can enjoy watching it. I bought tickets on the website in a minute, they immediately came to the post office. The cinema hall is spacious, the seats are comfortable (I was sitting in VIP-hall number 5). Nevertheless, minus two points for a number of reasons: 1) there is no dressing room; 2) it was cold in the cinema hall (it is clear why there is no dressing room); 3) children opening the door in the middle of the film and screaming into the hall (there are no employees keeping order, anyone can enter the hall); 4) disgusting toilet.
The hall is large, but I do not recommend the lower seats because they are very close to the screen and you can turn your neck until you finish watching. I recommend places above the middle, and I liked the good quality of the screen and sound, the hall is clean, the atmosphere also feels special in the waiting room.
it's quite normal, we watched the avatar in 3d vip room 1, the chairs are very comfortable, like a sofa and can be adjusted with buttons. the screen is normal, but the sound is a little lacking, but it is quite a positive experience.
A normal movie theater, the halls are small, there is a worn and stained rag in the hall on which the film is projected, so sometimes it feels like the character of the film has a fat face 😄
But it is quite possible to watch the film, an ordinary average cinema
10 (ten!!!) advertising before the show is a complete disrespect to the visitors who paid for the movie. In this scenario, the session should have been free. There are no complaints about the quality of the picture and sound. Well, I would not let you into the hall with my fragrant chips and crackers in crispy packs
A good cinema, comfortable chairs. But sessions don't start on time, 20-25 minutes later. This affects the time people plan, especially when they watch 3-hour movies
They mislead customers at the bar. Popcorn is only big, there are no small buckets available, and the signs do not correspond to reality. Manager Murad did not want to go to the meeting. And eating one big bucket for six is inconvenient. They do not give or sell an additional empty bucket.
A comfortable and beautiful cinema, many halls, comfortable chairs, good sound and projectors. for examples, it is better to take places in advance, parking is too far.
A regular movie theater in the city center. There is a children's amusement park and many cafes nearby.
TK of minuses:
The sale of tickets and snacks is poorly organized.
Creepy queues
Great impressions of the cinema repertoire, its halls and Dolby Surround sound.
One of the disadvantages is very expensive and tasteless popcorn. I don't recommend it..
Excellent image and sound quality in the city at the moment, it is convenient to buy tickets through the app, as well as at the ticket office, I recommend you to visit
Terrible service! I wanted to buy a small popcorn, the cashier said that there are no small containers. The cashier refused to take a small portion into a large container. While I was dealing with the cashier, I was late for the movie
It was a cool cinema, but in the frosts it was very cold in the halls and very stuffy and hot in the halls, so much so that it was almost impossible to be inside, of course not like in a steam room, but close to that. And in general, good comfortable halls, high-quality sound and picture, you can also buy tickets online, which is very critical for me personally. The best in Tashkent.
The main advantage of this cinema for me is the opportunity to buy tickets online, not stand in line and not rush anywhere. Good halls, picture and sound. During advertising, however, the sound jumps at different levels, which is somewhat uncomfortable (I would like it to be adjusted, especially loud ones). The VIP lounge is generally super.
The children's room is of course convenient for children, but children come with adults whose feet rest on the next row.
We watched Cheburashka, and it turned out that the first few minutes of the film were simply cut out. I don't know what this is about. But we managed to watch 10 minutes of advertising.
On the plus side: tickets for the session can be booked online.
Turning on the light immediately after the end of the film (without letting you savor what you saw during the end credits) is piggish towards the viewer.
I thought it was a single outrage.
But no - on a permanent basis.
I've had enough three times - I won't come again.
I watched Avatar 2 in 3D. Comfortable chairs and good 3D glasses. Three hours have passed. I want to mention the beautiful territory with a park where the cinema is located
There are no complaints about the cinema, it is probably the most comfortable in Tashkent today. The image is excellent, the seats are comfortable. However, the Internet in the cinema works disgusting, we can say that it does not work.
It is better to have something for 2023 in Uzbekistan. And the most important thing is online booking, which is very rare to find here. And to fix a person who will control so that all sorts of sheep do not shout over the acoustics.
We were recently in hall number 6, they call it "children's" ... and in fact it is children's....terribly uncomfortable chairs (even for a 10-year-old child), the cinema staff are like robots, everyone does only what they are programmed to do....They can't answer any other questions... The guys at the checkout act like they're selling pies on the street.....
The atmosphere is good
The interior is normal
The sound is normal
The picture is also good
The chairs are not comfortable
They say the projectors are laser, but I didn't feel the difference in the quality of the picture.
Very nice picture, cool sound and comfortable chairs. In detail, if you do not take into account the first two rows, then from the rest of the seats there is almost no noticeable difference in the perception of the film!
Upset and disappointed. For such money, especially in the VIP Lounge - it's just not acceptable! My chair didn't work at all, I asked the staff to do something, they dug around and sort of fixed it, but after they left, the chair stopped working again. In the middle of the session, because of the pain in my neck, I could not stand it anymore and went after the staff, this time it turned out to be completely repaired. The result: pain in the neck, forced break and discomfort of other viewers during the session. By the way, the guys working in the checkout area are not trained in the rules of etiquette for communicating with guests and it felt like they were being forced to work for free!
