It's my first time in Turkey. Perhaps the scheme that they constantly want to deceive you is considered the norm. Not for me.
Several cases.
1. I rented a Hyundai i20, automatic. Parked on the slide, face up. I was about to leave, and she just rolls down on D. I press on the gas, it does not go, but "flies" to a lower-level car.
I tried it twice. The result is the same. Called. They say: "Five minutes, wait, we'll come and help you now." I was standing three minutes from their office. I've been waiting for about thirty minutes. No one. I call again: "Oh, no, we won't come, we've changed our mind. Figure it out for yourself. If you give the car away, leave the keys. at the hotel reception." I had to explain to them through another Turk that, in my opinion, they need to come. Have arrived. For 15 minutes, the three of them pushed and held and gassed. Let's go. They gave me the keys. They apologized.
2. I took a car for three days for 45€ per day. I see they have 40€ on their website. I write to Whatsapp: "How much is the car per day?". He answers: "40€". Me: "Okay, I'll take it for two days." I gave you $100 in advance. Upon arrival, I say, "Where's the change?". They say: "There is no change and there will be no change. 90€". I'm showing you a screenshot. To me: "Booster (child safety seat) - 10€".". Me: "So I didn't ask him at all." In general, the manager explained to me that "The Patron says to do this."

Excellent office, I bet 5! I took a convertible, drove it and took it from the hotel (for free)! The deposit was not taken and at a cost of 20 euros cheaper than competitors, the director has a savings bank card, transferred in rubles! Whatsapp communication, understands Russian well!

in general, I am satisfied , I was looking for no mileage limit to get to Oludeniz (Fethiye) I advise everyone who has not been to beaches like in the Maldives)much better than a fucked-up Side, after returning I did not want to stay in side!
$ 50 / day, the car was of course a little tired, it was Fiat, economical, there were no problems, the keys were returned at the hotel reception, that's all!)
the only minus is that the empty tank, but judging by the reviews of other offices, this is normal practice in Turkey.
